coza
Hi I'm looking to buy new brake calipers does anybody know any decent performance types ? Cheers
jim
Depends what you're looking for from them amigo. I'm assuming your own are the smaller jspec's - if you want to replace them because they are seized then you could consider a refurb kit from Toyota, costs around £60 and will sort out the sticking. If you want better brakes then brembo/D2 etc on an n/a are probably overkill. Bigger (uk spec) brakes are generally considered the best upgrade and you can pick up a second hand set for around £500. Lexus 4 pots can be made fit too and are a fair bit cheaper than uk specs, there's been a few threads about them in the past: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?185889-LS400-front-caliper-conversion&highlight=lexus+brakes

Chris Wilson
For road usage or the track? What's the total budget? What wheel rims have they got to fit within?

Swampy442
So you dont want performance brakes, you want good looking brakes? J spec calipers, with decent pads and discs will provide all your performance needs
