First time I have seen a Tesla

Nikoli Tesla was a fascinating man,and many reckon just as talented as Einstein. He got very little reward in the end for his work, and died a very lonely old man by all accounts.

Well worth spending some time reading about him, some of his inventions were staggering for their time (the worlds fair lighting was very impressive and his hypothetical electrical super weapon)

haha when i read the title i thought you meant when they use a Tesla coil to make sound... is that a bit geeky?

Not as geeky as me. I immediately thought of the Tesla Coil from Red Alert 2:

Red alert 2 was good. shame it got a bit cartoon like. I've got the new tiberium wars somewhere, PC could load it so not even played it yet.

Are those tesla's being sold much? At my college few years ago there was a company selling electric bikes. They had a function on few months back again. People must be buying them or the bank is just lending them more money if they are still going.
