Too low?

Just change your driving technique.

approach road humps and speed bumps diagonally and try to avoid the warn groove other vehicles have made. Aim for the center or get close to the curb. That should gain you a few mm.

My girlfriends driveway is a steep angle and impossible to ascend with the Supra,.. but by tacking from left to right, driving across the neighbors garden and the flower bed, then traversing back across the lawn,.. it is possible to climb.

:rlol:

That made me spit a bit of mince and tatties out over the lunch table... Much to the displeasure of my fellow workmates... :D

KW do the hydraulic style lift like the thing Dude mentioned:

You need KW coilovers for this one though.

The roads up here (Aberdeen) in general are a nightmare for a decked car. I had to be very careful with my old Golf as it scraped EVERYWHERE :(

Yeah I made thread about the HKS HLS in the Supra technical section. The sound the kit makes when lowering/raising is quite jarring though.

I still don't really know how much these kits compromise the handling though. Can't be as bad as air suspension kits mind you.

Nearly 5 inches, doesnt seem to bad -she says;)

But see the damage, thats where it made contact (corner of passenger side)!

I'd say I took the roundabout in a 'need to get to work quick' way but nothing near as fast as I could have...

Coilovers are a good idea but will have to wait, funds are tight for the car as I've just paid out for the kit and need some discs and pads asap.

I reckon it's your suspension seeing as you don't have coilovers to make your ride stiffer.

??

Stock suspension is a coilover ;)

My set up is new O/E dampers with the Pro Sport Eibach lowering springs, this accompanied with the TRD anti roll bars makes the car very stiff.

I was half tempted to carbon the center like a few on here have done, but I can't see it making much of a difference.

I've looked for metal corner splitters or a whole front splitter but so far no luck.

It could make some ace sparks:sly:

Was the roundabout kerbed? I don't think there is any way that the side dropped 5" unless something is seriously gubbed. Would a stock spring even compress 5"?

It's fairly flat I think, with no curb.

I was turning at a rushed speed on a smallish roundabout that leads onto a slip road of the M57:search:

Thanks, its very pricey as its made by APR 320 cost me at that time. But like i said you could find an alternative source or another company that do carbon custom made splitters. Maybe find a steel company that could cut around your do luck to make one
