Big Twin Sequential Setup From SP!

I really like that. Will certainly make big power more appealing to more people. Over 1000hp could be EASILY achieved with a 3.5k spool on the first turbo.

The ONLY thing I think might be a bit scary is the transition point. I know what it feels like going from the first tubby to both at 4krpm. What would that feel like throwing 2 67's into the mix at 5.5k rpm

The copy of Banzai that came out about 3 weeks ago had got a full feature on that car, really interesting read, definetly persuaded me to have big sequential twins.

Can't wait to see a proper feature on the car

;)

It sounds like it's very controllable indeed, if you read the banzai feature on it, it might answer some of the questions.

Actually this is a different car. From the sound of things on the US supraforums, the first was "just" a SP sequential install. The second (the video linked above) was a from-the-ground-up total rebuild/restoration with a sequential setup with smaller DBB twin scroll turbos, 3.4L stroker, twin quick spool valves, exhaust cutout valves and nitrous.

Apparently the owner is Australian - but no one is putting up their hand as responsible, or that knows him. Of course, unlikely that he'd surf the .Au forums having that kind of cash - too many tyrekickers on there now.

Different SP bud, you're thinking of SP Engineering, this is SP performance.
