Over 1000hp could be EASILY achieved with a 3.5k spool on the first turbo. The ONLY thing I think might be a bit scary is the transition point. Actually this is a different car. From the sound of things on the US supraforums, the first was "just" a SP sequential install. The second (the video linked above) was a from-the-ground-up total rebuild/restoration with a sequential setup with smaller DBB twin scroll turbos, 3.4L stroker, twin quick spool valves, exhaust cutout valves and nitrous.
