supra joe
No. Not at all. Tyre compound and width will need thinking about, as well as spring and damper rates. A gearbox two stroke kart has amazing grip, very limited aero, and is featherweight. No such thing as too light so will taking out the toolkit, spare and seats make it loads faster ? and handle better?
Chris Wilson
Faster, yes, loads faster, no. Handle better? Yes, but not by a huge differential. Stock doors are massively heavy, all the electronic gizmos and wiring similarly. To make a big difference will render the car only fit for road usage by the most accommodating. jevansio
I had Recaro Speeds with Bride frames, the drivers was 21kg, I assumed the passenger would be teh same as both were without electrics.
