Have people received their census forms and if so have you completed it. Have you received a knock on the door from one of their monkeys? Best bit is that we paid 150M to collect the data..... Its doubtful they would find you if you don't fill in a census. They've been doing this in Liverpool for YEARS.Its a PITA but has had a lot of success taking uninsured/non-taxed/mot'd vehicles off the road. I would imagine, in Liverpool, using the legal line,"you are inconveniencing me" would result in a top to toe search of your vehicle and being detained for at least an hour.
