SilverSoop
Hi all, ok this may sound like a very stupid question but I am sooo tempted to give my Supe a run at Suprapod, but with the way my Turbo's are, would it be safe to run or not?? adnanshah247
actually then again, what you dont want to do is create the risk of damaging your engine. if it were my car i definately wouldnt do it.

Nic
lunch your engine? Turbo blades digested by the engine, the results are not pretty!
Pig
Turbo blades digested by the engine, the results are not pretty! Pah, thats such rubbish. The results are fantastic, shiny new pistons and rods, fresh head gasket Surely oil seals wont result in turbo's blowing due to a few runs down the strip. Would just advance the problem? Nic
Surely oil seals wont result in turbo's blowing due to a few runs down the strip. Would just advance the problem? He also mentioned there was excessive play in the bearings. Edited October 14, 2008 by Nic (see edit history)
Pig
He also mentioned there was also excessive play in the bearings. Well........ thats not such great news. My suggestion has changed then. If you can afford to rebuild you engine then go for it and enjoy. If you cant and your thinking to yourself ill just have a couple of goes but take it easy DONT. you wont take it easy and it could be very costly for you. HTH Thanks Nic, sorry i missed that one.
