Edit: Sheefa I dont understand your problem, your payments have been reversed on my paypal account so I assume you get your fees back too? Why the f are asking for a wire transfer? Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover £0.00 GBP. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information they didnt take money from your cred it card because there was 0 balance. may you explain this please? He indicated that he spoke with you and you made mention of not wanting to send him money to pay the remaining amounts owed to him because you did not want PayPal to charge you these amounts as well. If you add the funds to your PayPal account and give PayPal authorization to refund this buyer we would then process the refunds on your behalf and close these cases with no further action to you or your PayPal account.
