that exhaust is terrible

recently done cam gears, belt etc etc, i changed the timing belt tensioner wheel and the fan belt tensioner, cannot believe how much more quiter the engine is now. must have been used to the noise cause it never seemed that bad happy days

i tried a dremmel, but with the serated steel blade, it lasted about 5 seconds !

its a real bastard to cut, i had to use tin snips. but you will struggle to get a "perfect finish" on the cut

maybe wrong, but if you are auto, and you get a aftermarket rad, you will need a extra cooler for the tranny oil

make sure you get proper ici paint, that standox 199 is a shit match -
i think i read somewhere that they use ap pads but possibly mistaken

i've just fitted some jun gears, they use a original toyota outer so no chance of extra wear on the belt

i used a stanley, but its a ball ache to cut this stuff. really take your time, you can't un-cut it

yeah, as above, make sure you identify it correctly. the bearing had gone on mine. think they are around the £150 mark, you have to buy the whole tensioner, the wheel is not available on its own
