  1. not really helpful for the fitting, but make sure you protect the threads, they rust and seize up copper grease is your friend here

  5. yes, but i'm going to just join the two pipes together, there will still be flow, just not through the throttle body
  6. has anyone done this, and had any problems ? i read somewhere that you can get a "frozen" throttle butterfly, but with all the heat under the bonnet, i think that it will be doubtful. overhauling the cooling system at the mo and it would be the ideal time to do it (coolant dropped) cheers

  8. you need to re solder the joints, i had to do the same
  9. i need the part no's for 1, acessory belt tensioner 2, cam belt tensioner wheel (not the spring loaded do-hiccy, already) cheers for a uk car
  10. have you checked that you have oil in the box
  11. im waiting for parts
  12. good part-much shorter more direct shift, faster bad part-slightly more notchy, but not that bad at all
