  1. Anybody feel like sharing pics of the work they've done today?
  2. But sometimes you jump over and the grass looks long & green then you fall over and land in some dog shit
  3. The grass is always greener on the other side, so you should go green
  4. I picked these up today but are sadly the wrong ones, these bolt onto the quarter panels. I've ordered the correct ones, but so todays wasnt a total loss decided to remove these ones, they were a little bit difficult but using the approach to flatten the metal and get some mole grips on I had the lot done in 15 mins. So to clarify: 67293-14051 are the BOTTOM mounts which fix to the car 67281-14050 must be the UPPER mounts which fix to the hatch
  5. Dunno, I just know from previous threads on here that idle issues that don't manifest themselves until the engine is hot can be related to dodgy ECU coolant temp sensors
  6. I'm trying to say your dash maybe showing a fine coolant temp, but your ECU could be seeing a messed up value which is causing it to send your ICV all over the place
  7. Are Skylines ITBs? So if it's the shaft that leaks on them they'd be suffering boost leaks too? Feckin Taxis
  8. Does the ECU use the same sensor as the gauge? I always thought they used different sensors?
  9. If it ides fine when cold I think it's highly unlikely that a worn throttle is to blame for his issue? Also where does this carbon buildup occur, around the edge of the throttle butteryfly? And why carbon? Surely the intake is seeing pure air?
  10. Didn't coolant temp sensor cause funny idle conditions when it goes?
  11. Yeah, I'd like to bring chain gangs back , criminal f*cks should be contributing to society
  12. Hodge says he got his out without dropping the box, but when I came to do mine I had to drop the box a "bit" to get the top bolt out (it's very long and needs the clearance against the inside of the tranny tunnel). Makes a massive difference when done, my old bushes just fell out when I removed the cradle
  13. Fitting Lexan window to carbon hatch Refitting carbon door with locks & glass
  14. Thanks gius, but I phoned my local Toyota and they can have them for Saturday for me for £3 + VAT each
  15. Brill thanks bud I'll let you know tomorrow
  16. Luckily I don't need to replace those, I'm just missing the top 2 from my hatch so should be a pretty straight forward affair
  17. Many thanks, will get them from Toyota tomorrow
  18. Superb mate , I take it that it's the same part both sides (just rotated)?
  19. It's a good lesson though, I crashes my first MR2 when I was younger due to having crap/bald tyres on, it was a goos lesson and I never would do it again
  20. Don't suppose you/anyone got the parts nos for the upper ones?
