  2. Someone give this lad some cash for it .. it's for a good cause and its a nice bit of kit
  3. just gave mine away .. love the Greddy 'style' ..
  4. what boost is it running, those manual controllers don't look right ... not the best ebay pics though. hope they've not cooked the turbos. Enjoy it. Hope it doesn't cost you too much to put everything right.
  5. plug cover, still available. please read the add lads, I really would like not to post them. Thanks.

  8. You can have mine for that ... today! '95 TT auto, silver, 100k BPU, good condition.
  9. I wouldn't touch either. the 'show car' isn't worth the money (either that or i'm under pricing my auto considerably) and others have bad comments about the seller of the second.
  10. What are ypu looking for Mark. I have a TT auto I'm considering passing on. It's about to go into the workshop for a service and bits and then I'm in two minds to keep or not as it isn't really being used.
  11. BPU at the moment, can't decide whether to do single or not.... you?
  12. I had a Veilside Supra ... had to crash it out of pure principle and buy another GLWS
  13. M25 jnc 25 - shame about the traffic
  14. That's good to know, mine is over at the intake side on the IC pipe and the components around it over time have a thin oil layer covering them. Nothing to write home about but still would worry if it were on a belt.
  15. as the BOV has a tenancy to mist oil when it opens why would you point it at the belts? ... also out of interest why do you still have your stock BOV in place? is there some advantage to having both?
  16. These guys build replacement units with a donor process £150 plus your old one (I think there was a £50 deposit they hold) http://www.universal-rotating.co.uk/Public/Default.aspx mine died 2 years ago and their replacement has been very good so far - easy to replace too with the air filter out of the way
  17. Has anyone tried a set of HID from these guys? .. and being H3 I would presume to need to buy two sets for high and lows http://www.hids4u.co.uk/HB3-9005-HIDS4U-Stealth-55W-Xenon-HID-Conversion-Kit.html
  18. You're a bit 'special' aren't you. Ignore the law and its guidlines and industry rules and regs.... just ask this guy.
  19. ok chemist .. I was just repeating what my indy told me when asking me why my system was empty. Inert yes, but a tad cold on release one would think ... it is still illegal to vent it but enjoy your pipe sucking fella. some safety tips before you hurt yourself. http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg349.pdf
  20. Toyota still stock them, not silly money.
  21. the machine that my local indy has does a full system check, pressure and leak check before clearing out the system and then a refill, takes about 40mins to do end to end. Unless you've grabbed a cheap 'di it yourself canister' then you should never be over overcharged. FYI it is a criminal offence to vent this gas into the atmosphere (n the UK anyway) so I wouldn't think you can drop the pressure yourself, and it isn't the sort of stuff you want anywhere near your lungs. If it were me, take it to a garage and let the recharge systems sort it out. Best of luck with it.
