  3. i just been thinking of going to doctors.im 5 foot 10" and arms and legs slim but have a bit in middle.i have some scales 10 foot in front of machine that weigh upto 1400kg and weigh myself on them when im at work used to be about 86 - 88 kg been on today and im 92kg. just bought some salads for tommorow and going to start on water and stop the lagers.always feel tired and no energy. should go book appointment for a full health check up as i not had one in 10 years or more.i do feel i need to lose weight.even bought a mountainbike to try get fit but only used 3 times.and bought a machine off tv shopping channle that supposed to give you a 6 pack in 30 days lol dont think i could get into going to a gym.maybe cycling and walking and eating healthy. what sort of stuff would be good for giving u energy.
  4. there a recycling tip about 2 miles down road.just go take all your rubbish like old fridges.i go all time when you have a clearout.

  8. keep away from autos they crap sluggish and they an old mans car.deffo get a manual 6 speed as they will make you feel the real driver extracting every ounce of performance.the auto u just put it in drive and press hard on the gas.autos are like a jag nice and smooth but not for the real true racer hope that helps imho xxx xx x
  9. its like the harder you work the more they look to take off you.u only have to look how things you need for everyday life like gas and electric are shooting up in price but your wage only goes up a small 2-3% if you lucky. well said digsy

  11. i used to be a bin man about 14 years ago lol.all changed now with differnt bins for different wastes.he jake you tight git bet you never left them a tip at xmas lol ps ring local council yard and complain and they will send someone out to empty it.

  14. i have 264/264 in mine and to me it seems to pull strong.also on idle it goes from 500-600 rpm.i only got cams and gears as i was changing belt so got them all done at same time.

    No More Supra

    i had a gto tt for 10 months and never had any trouble with it.gears were a bit notchy.just wanted a supra.got more looks from people driving gto than supra tt ps cant we have a section to keep all slow ass N/A supras in
  16. i done it for years.used to do 12 hour shifts 5 days a week.then we went onto 8 hour shifts.now we do 3 12 hour shifts a week so get plenty of time off.im on my 8 day break now.all i have to do is book 3 days holidays at right time and get 2 weeks off. its good as you dont have to go into work everyday.8 hours is good but i found myself waiting to go into work.on 12 hours when you busy time flys by.
  17. i have a spare set of pre facelift ones and be carefull when cleaning as the coating comes off.they look ok on but no way worth the money for a bit of plastic WTF
  18. i use a old program called win comander.you could always have a external usb hard drive its so easy to move files.would not wast time with a 40 gig hd you can get a 160 gig drive for small change now and get a usb external case for 15 pounds. i store all my mp3 and films on a 300 gig usb drive
  19. divx is a great thing 6 films on 1 dvd or 53 albums.also aint you allowed to download films and keep for so long before you have to buy the original. downloading movies as a pay per file wont be far off.
  20. i used to buy loads from america years ago before they took off over here.stopped buying them ages ago will only buy eng comedy ones now. the usa dvd`s were good for uncensored films.uou get into a thing of buying them just for sake of having them too.

  22. hi steve updated time,it does look better with full timeslip.you can see how you doing at different times down the track against other supras and see where u going wrong. you look like you have power in trap speeds.maybe some drag radials will bring your times down loads.its good taking part improving on your times. check your times against other cars in list with full list of time details

  24. wasnt there supposed to be a big block chevy in a supra going to race at a drag racing event.the v8 does sound great.you can buy viper engines in crates too for about $16,000
