Would you say I'm being lied to about Direct Debit being no different in price from a gas card meter. Personally I thinks their telling me a Porkie Pie?

Well I had 4 quid left the night before and thought .. easy enough. Woke up next morning freezing cold and the gas had gone. Thought, this is crazy ....

So I just phoned EDF to come off the Gas Meter and on to Direct Debit. So I say to the guy. "Ain't they f*ckin expensive these meters and excuse the language" He said " Well, the price will still be the same except from direct debit and not a gas card" Well course they would say that coz they don't want peeps to know that they are ripping u off with the meters. What do guys think about meters and the cost of them?

Buzz Lightyear ... to infinity and beyond

Checked the power settings and there didn't seem to be a dim setting but there was a brightness and contrast that was set to full. Tried the Fn and brightness buttons but they didn't seem to work either up or down. Seem to be at a loss at the moment.

Hi guys, just got a second hand Fujitsu - Siemans .. Amilo Laptop running on Vista O/S and was wondering how u make the screen brighter. There is a blue Fn key and the F keys have various pics on including a brightness pic but it dosn't seem to do anything when the Fn key is pressed along with the picture key. Not being a laptop person ... wondered if anyone could help... Thanks

Used a little WD40 and some Mole Grips and managed to get it sorted ... Thanx Guys

Are these screw in or push in - e.g. - clamp or mole grips to get the pistons back in to replace pads ... thanx guys
