I currently own a 525i mate, and its very reliable (although somewhat different to the M5). Key with any BMWs is service history.... The Supras are extremly reliable imo.

Also double check the bulbs mate, as some require double filament bulbs, and some require single filament (depending on what bulb is going in which position)..... Nick

Hi Gamer I can get hold of the bulbs mate from my local car accessory shop. They arent particularly cheap though. I think about £2.50 each.... Try a car accessory shop mate, or if you are still struggling, send me a PM with exactly the number you need, and I will get some for you on Saturday and post them out to you. Nick

Jesus boys, you been posting till gone 2am!! I used to own a UK spec Impreza Turbo (not sti, WRX, P1 - just standard), whilst at the same time owning a 96 NA (one cat out, filter, but no other performance mods). On the last day I had the scooby I had a race with my mate in it and me in the NA. The scooby was faster to 60 no question, but upto 120 the NA would come back and overtake. Round corners, the scooby wins hands down, and in the wet its the same.... Nick

I also have a 98 TT, and the traction control sucks big time.... I often just turn it off, although in the back of my mind Im always wondering if it will bite me back one day when its off....

Cheers Gaz, its always good to have options. Supradibbs - Sheffield is perfect location wise, in fact I am in Sheff this weekend. I am studying my MSc there... I wont contact him directly by the way, and will go through you. Like I mentioned, it wont be for another four weeks or so, but at least it gives me time to sort out the money and also to check on colours, etc. Ive just ordered my gaitor through this contact of yours as well - wonder if its too late to change the colour on that?!! Sorry Supradibbs, Im such a mong. Totally forgot you were doing seats as well....!! Were you the guy who was also doing a full set special price mate? Also, Ive got the facelift seats, so I take it if its an exchange service, I get facelift seats in exchange? (does that make sense)???

Alright guys Im looking to get the interior of my Soop retrimmed, in leather. At the moment is has unusually designed cloth seats which imo look crap.... Ive looked into G&B but sadly they are in Southampton, which is far too far away (Im based in Cheshire). Does anyone know of any decent upholstery guys who I can look into up North? Preferably guys who have done members cars already so they can vouch for their quality of work... Anyone I should steer clear of? Cheers Nick
