  1. Top gear = professional presenters and a lot of car crashing fun etc 5th Gear = car nerd / racing driver presenters, a show for car nuts only. Personally I think top gear's miles better, but 5th gear (and VBH ) is better than nothing!
  2. Hmm, maybe I'll just stick with the stock backlight colour, these dials will still look better than the stock ones
  3. Go on sir, it's just a liiiitle mint...... (monty python in case you think I've gone mad)
  4. Good point I've been told previously that coating light bulbs with nail polish works quite well Not that I've got any
  5. I *think* that the kit comes with everything, maybe the backing film provides the different colours?
  6. Awwww bugger I hate it when that happens Thanks Jake.... you may remove the button from where I previously asked you to place it (just wipe it off before you expect me to use it ) In all seriousness cheers, that's what I was looking for.
  7. Oi you cheeky git, I've done a few searches But what I'm looking for is very specific That's a polite way of saying shove yer button up yer arse
  8. Thanks Jake. Unfortunately neither of them have any interior pics in their VB garage! C'mon guys, show off!
  9. From previous posts, I don't think the fuel cut kicks in straight away, you need to exceed 1 bar for a few seconds before it'll do anything, this could be why you didn't get it before. Then again I could be talking out of my arse
  10. I think they look best as they are

Oh dear Still, if it stops one burberry wearing, car theiving, council estate git from buying a supra and ruining it because he's spent all his money on tat like this..... horray!
  12. Glad to hear it's going to be back on the road! Good luck
  13. Mmmmmm, like the look of these! http://www.thor-racing.co.uk/Toyota_Supra_MkIV_Dial_Ki-THOR00008.asp But I'm not sure what they'd look like on a car with a standard pre-facelift interior. Anyone fitted these and got pics they'd be kind enough to share? I'm undecided what background colour to go for... blue to match my boost gauge, red to match the car etc
  14. Loved the Stephen Hawking one! I know what he's talking about with "ignorance is cool" and unfortunately it's nothing new. When I was at school (about 7 years ago) there was always a group of kids who thought it was cool to know nothing about computers, science etc.... you can see them all now at a macdonalds near you!
  15. Great day! Wasn't there as part of the club stand and didn't really see any of you guys (coz I'm an unsocial bugger ), but saw some good runs by the supra guys That rocket car was amazing
  16. It's ok I'm sure he's over it by now!!!
  17. It's times like this that I remember why I hate forums mainly inhabited by teenage americans. On one hand there's a technical discussion going on.... then within 2 pages you have; "Ghey" x 2 One person "You people suck" And a lot of "dudes"
  18. Checked round my car tonight after it had been sat at the bottom of my driveway for a week... all 4 valve caps gone Theiving little f**ers are going to get their wrists broken if I see them. They must've had the cheek to walk right the way down the drive between the two houses and squeeze themselves between two cars in order to get them.... they need to be taught what happens when you get caught stealing.

    Hi All

    Hello and welcome
  20. Egyption slave traders used salt as a bartering material as it was very valuable... hence any slave not working hard enough was considered to be "not worth his salt".
