My dash lights look rather dated and would like to try replacing them. I here a few people here have used hecklers guide, put I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

when i saw this on FB i thought it was a heavily mod'ed US style supra. That's awesome work - love everything about the look. Wheels are stunning too. Great job.
