I agree that Acers are good, but they use the same old Chicony-style keyboard as most other companies. My number one would be a Thinkpad T or Z series, absolutely the finest there is. The professional end Dells are very good too (Latitude D6x0). Agree on the Celerons - steer cleer, but I would also say steer clear of P4s unless you like big fat hot laptops with poor battery life. Centrino (Pentium-M) or mobile Athlon 64 is the way forward. PC World stuff ain't so good - Packard Bell etc. Not a fan of the VAIOs unless it's a high-end one. The cheaper ones really are shite.

They're Volk GT-AV 18x9 up front and 18x10 rear, in Grey/Silver. Black it is for the calipers then. Shoud I just sand them down with some rough glasspaper? Don't really want to have to send them away to be blasted.

I think it would be safer to have it inbetween the spring and damper. It probably isn't good at all in terms of suspension system design and geometry etc, kind of like cutting springs to lower a car, but it would work I guess.

I wonder if.. there is such a thing as spacers, like big washers, to go between the spring and damper.

Yep, the storage costs they can go fuck themselves on. They have my phone number and have made no attempt to call me. Had they phoned on Friday, I'd have been right over there like a shot. Instead, they don't bother meaning it's in their storage over the weekend.

Thanks guys!! I've been tracking my birthday present for a few days now. Had a really bad week due to getting in police trouble over something I bought off someone, so it's not the best birthday ever but my VOLKS are in Manchester somewhere now! I've tracked them through Baxglobal.com from Dallas to London, then to Manchester, and I've been watching the flight arrivals at ba.com and they're in Mcr now I might come to Mascrat Mike it just depends what happens woohoo Volks

Lots and lots of people recommend them. I've never had them on mine. I like the Falken 451s - they smoke lovellyly and my local tyre specialists do them at a great price. Eagle F1 GSD3s have been well recommended by Supra people for years, and their price is pretty reasonable too.

I use it all the time, but as a standalone app. Sorry not much help at all since it just asks me for license details upon installation. Great tool though.
