I had another dream too. remembered it while driving just before. I was with Tony Blair. We were chilling out, leaning on a wooden fence, about neck-height looking over it and chatting about stuff. We were going to have a go in a fast car. He was telling me how he's about to quit, because George Bush is going to, and he doesn't want to be left alone after George leaves. He said Prescott was going to take over. I said Precott seems like a respectable man, but Tony was saying "yeah he's ok, but he smells a bit.. not good at washing"

I just had a dream. (well, a couple of hours ago anyway.. woke up late today). We had a thread on here, something to do with cameras. Some photos were posted. Then, there were about 10 threads, by different people, all with photos of me in my underpants in various poses. Fortunately none were actually as bad as my previous underpants photo. There were photos of me with a female head photoshopped on. It looked kind of like my head, but a female version. Some smart arse mod had then changed my avatar to a picture of a camera sat on a chair. wow.

I think they are generally known to last well. Proper quality.

I've always assumed this was due to things not being D.O.T tested (in the USA) and whatever we have over here.

Looks ok on the outside. Mileage is absolute bullshit and guys who knock off so much and try to sell as 'extremely low mileage' cars should be smacked in the face. It's just an insult really. It might have facelift rear quarters which could raise questions, although at this age they're all getting bumped here and there, but both sides? They might just be stick-on facelift-style rear side repeaters that don't do anything though. Drivers headlight is in extremely poor condition, particularly for a 40,000 mile car. YEAH RIGHT It's got a particular brand of air filter / induction kit which is disliked by most people because they don't filter at all. It is pretty on the outside though.

in fact, MAC filtering offers ZERO security, only (poor) access control. There's no encryption of the traffic which is flying around through the air.

Just use WPA like Pete says. Why piss around with MAC filter tables and adresses that you have to modify and track down everytime a friend comes around and wants to use the wireless? Why do that which is (significantly) less secure, when the best way is also the easiest? WPA-PSK for sure. No silly retraints on length of passphrase, and no messing around with ASCII to HEX convertors (because the passphrase generators in the routers don't do what the user expects..). Just make sure you either have SP2 installed on XP machines, or use the card's provided wireless utility to make the connection if you're on an operating system that doesn't support WPA natively.

I'm planning on saving for a white van ~£2000 - £3000. I really want an Astra Van, but I'm concerned about the engine reliabilty and have heard bad things about the Isuzu engines in some of them. It seems there's no way of knowing whether you're getting an Isuzu or a GM engine in the 1.7 DTI. Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI looks good because it's a modern engine and car, but I really want to be able to just throw things in the back and keep all my shit in there, which the Astravan would have been perfect for. Any other suggestions? Gotta be diesel, and car-like to drive. I've driven the Astravan and like it.

facelift rears really set it off. Looks good.

I use Megs Paint Cleaner for removing shit from the paint. Works very well, it's just a petroleum distillate.
