  1. Works well for me, should have the car ready by then.
  2. It's the engine under tray i was after, got a guy fabricating one for me now. Cheers for the thought Ian oh..i'll be in touch end of the week, should be almost ready for mapping the car by then - hence i will have to give tomorrow a miss while i get my arse into gear and wire my electric bits in.
  3. Si + 1 Secondjump (maybe still in the rover )
  4. Just taken the turbo's off today - got the cuts to prove it ... six bloody hours - would have been quicker but one nut really did not want to play ball. Fun part starts now with shiney new bits to go on. Nice write up John.
  5. Cheers mate, grass me up to everyone! Now i'll have to pull my finger out and finish it quicker - just when the rover was growing on me
  6. I might keep the 4x4 bull bar look.
  7. Alot of goodies to go on Si took it easy and changed them in 3 odd hours..one of them was a pig to go on. E-manage. Ian C-the e-manage guru.
  8. Yep, pleased to have the help.
  9. Thanks Si for being my wrench monkey and all round good guy. Si changed my injectors for PE 650's (damage to fingers for prove!) and supervised the stripping of lights, aero spoiler, intercooler (totally fecked), front spoiler and various under-trays. The Greddy three row is ready to go in (When Mig sorts out welding the hks bv to pipe) then its the simple task of pulling the turbos off and throwing the Vortex t61 tubular single on. If you ask nicely, i believe Si has pics of the messy aftermath.
  10. About 9.40am - veilside rear spoiler. Anyone here?
  11. Still waiting to fit mine ......after putting the single in.
  12. Vintage bollinger (98) and a dairy milk crunchie bar of choc .....always works for the mrs.
  13. Might bring some spares for barter. Si + 1 Angie Brian (Soop Dogg) Charlie (250) Dave (secondjump)
  14. I use them - cured a splutter at high boost. IK24's seem reliable on my BPU car. A price for six would be good.
  15. Some folks call it an SLD - it delimits top speed.
  16. Only just! ....smokes a bit. Nice bit of kit sat here waiting to go on soon
  17. Starting my conversion week after....i think a snout around your car might be in order.
  18. Difficult to see....you probably have had the small pipe re-routed okay from looking at pics again. They have capped one of the original large pipes properly - i first thought it had just been cut. I'm not sure why the original bov has the small pipe connected might be worth looking at where that trails of to.
  19. Same setup as mine....you can leave original in situ, but not like yours has been. The two large hoses on the original bov should be connected whilst the small hose is re-routed to the blitz bov.
  20. Andy, just noticed you live in the same town as me. What colour is the car?
  21. The pro 10 50 silkoline is said to be better (ask oilman for technical breakdown) and should be good for 6000+miles depending on mods etc. I did change oil more frequent than this but will run for longer on the silkolene therefore i like the idea of using a good filter as a partner to this.
