  1. or buy the NA turbo kit that was designed to go onto the NA engine. U cant just stick the turbos on a NA engine it doesnt work like that. but like i say a single turbo kit has been developed for the NA engine
  2. easy peasy...lemon squeesy....hows that?? snitch = easy for u elders
  3. is the half your real one?? ohh im a meany lol
  4. Jake- by way the switch with the light bulb on adjusts the brightness of the dash not the headlight adjustment.
  5. i done my J spec pad and disc change. It did take me 3 hours to undo one caliper bolt due to it being rusted tight and i was not wanting to use heat! i asked same question as you before i started its good to make sure.. At end of day, once you get first wheel done, second will be a snitch!start early so u have plenty of time

  11. cant decide if that a car park in america or more likely a Supra that been on a Boat that wasnt tied down properly and has smashed into front of container anyway welcome
  12. ive had someone in the boot. but it was through choice as he wouldnt shut up so thought if his head was facing other way we wouldnt hear him. and it worked
  13. tip take the battery with you!!! jap terminals are slightly different sizes. if your having problem you could just by UK terminals to put on the wires and then you wont have a problem
  14. ive had some fixed bucket seats (in other car) and they are great..... if you find the one meant for your body that is, I really suggest getting the ones with the padding for your bum coz after a while it surprising how hard it feels and also holds you in better. I wouldnt of thought you would have to remove your back seats unless fitting a 5 or 6 point harness. but someone else can confirm it. You feel almost every bump from the car in the seats, but it makes u lower and just makes you feel like your part of the car, or least did with me You can still put a fixed back seat on runners so people may be able to squeeze in the back.......definatly a squeeze!!! lol hope that helps
  15. Most policys only let you drive another car third party if your over 25. check the small print. I know even though im fully comp i cant drive another car third party cover. also the car you want to drive third party must be insured by someone else as well (i.e person who owns the car) The only way to make a good saving, is to find someone old with a second policy already started that they are not using that has no claims and gett them to insure the soop. Also so you know it is now illegal to insure a car you have sold you have to tell them straight away. As people started getting a car insuring it fully comp so they could drive others. Selling that car and then driving a more high powerful car on third party insurance.
  16. thanx mate will look when get home from work
  17. what u laughin at the link still does not work for me!! GGRrrr can soemone send it to killerferret666 at Aol.com cheers P.s Read my sig.....so thats attilaUK and DB not sending me it
  18. whatr accutaly annoys me about this is. The customer should always be put first. The phone should never be put down on a customer. If the company puts the phone down on angry customer. It can only help the customer in legal action against the company. A good solicitor shows it as unwilling to deal with the customer. After all complaints only come from unhappy customers. You dont get a happy customer complaining. If a log is kept of calls made, who answers(if anyone), what was said (recorded is best) then it all helps. As a customer trying to show how the matter is being dealt, after the incident you do not need to inform the person of the recording of the phone call conversation as you are the customer trying to resolve a situation
  19. bet u could get it quicker off now u done it once already! Plus they will have perfect tools to undo the 6 bolts holding tow bar on. so a hour for that job 1hr and half tops to complete it
  20. well i personally would like to know what was done in the engine check up and how much of the £450 was for removal of tow bar. As that is a simple mechanic job and can be done by any half brain numpty (i.e me) if i can change my brake discs and pads and flush my system, for the first time of doing brakes ever and on the supra then taking a tow bar off aint that hard. Like i said a service is £180 tops!! mfs - are jps replacing turbos under the warranty then??
  21. im sorry to hear that. On the supra, no grub screw holds the discs flat either so the disk would of been having movement in it!!! i know from personal experience (not in supra) it only takes one loose nut to cause all of them to come loose over a period of 2 weeks. Can i asked what was done in the eingine check up. You could of had a service for hell of a lot less!! I always ask prices for work before having it done, to make sure im happy. I hope you get this sorted between you and the garage. I wont comment on garage in question i have not used and read enough on them to comment.
  22. lightwave said it all beat me too it. Software will always install some files to where ever windows is installed
  23. a program called Tweak allows u to change the default of where u save programs to
  24. yeh we forgot to put a terminator on once ( u only forget once) 4 hours later 2 angry engineers we found this thing in a box...oh s**t it the terminator.......everyone then happy but feeling stupid! lol
