  2. what u want a medal hello by way
  3. I know where u live...i wouldnt live there plus steve lives in Granny ville in ferndown. People move their to die quietly ....shame....but true none the less!
  4. I have to admit i was worried too, i go to a dual carriageway where it always jammed and go in slower lane so i get to see all fit birds go by looking, and in this weather it is perfect with sunglasses on...they were designed for one reason lol
  5. Anyone else havign problems heading directly home, i find myself going on a nice long loop on dual carriageways lol
  6. hey these are some of my most informative and most useful replies....hmmmm
  7. oi bum bandit out my thread lol and i cant believe weather...i should do these predictions more regularly lol I think what happened was, my white paint made me go faster and my brakes couldnt cope with the added speed by my white paint and without no lag the power was instance from the loud peddle all IMHO of course
  8. it does not say IMPORT next to it, so you wont be doing it over the net....Faye mine was slightly cheaper then urs but not by much £15 but i just like to rub it in
  9. Ahh so TRD got basic idea from toyotas kit but offically came up with their own, which then the traders have used to create a mould so u they can do it cheaper. i got the copying bit in wrong place
  10. Hi mate i have a white NA, mine came with the toyota OEM kit, suttle and nice. This cannot be bought anymore but TRD make a replica. Traders on here sell it, heres a pic of the rear spats, side skirts and front lip on my standard NA http://community.webshots.com/photo/103474366/103478709PshSqG
  11. im sure he said BACS, perhaps it was VACS. Phone line was crackly. Grrr i dont know now thanx CJ lol
  12. Does the NA have a BACS system. I was speaking to Mechanic and he was saying RX7's have it and alot of other cars to keep fuel effiency up. Just wondered does the supra have one and if so where is it?? i know it likely to be on throttle body, but im thick lol:stupid:
  13. yea sorry lol cant be arsed to go through threads now and edit them all i knew something didnt look write when i was writing it! lol
  14. Found this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23027&highlight=non+interface
  15. I thought it was only VVTI NA's that were interface engines. And that the NA Non-VVTI was a Non-interface engine. Well u learn something new every day!!!
  16. The great news is, the NA supe seems to be the most reliable car i know of. I have never seen a engine problem posted for a NA supe on here. Infact cant think of anything posted to do with problems on here, apart from dead battery. I remember someone posting there Cam belt snapped, but coz a non interfac engine, nothin was damaged so all lined back up and belt put on. Good luck trying to find one. Im sure u'll find a nice one. If your lucky with mods you'll be after.
  17. Basically just to bring notice of the Newbie's who may not of driven a rear wheel drive car before espically in wet. Today a few spats of rain had landed and i was going round a corner perfectly fine next thing i know i felt back wanting to go,luckerly i was not going fast so was easyerly controllable. So looks like that winter weather is creeping back for good. Just wanted to let the newbie's know to be careful in wet unless you have RLTC. The supra can be a bit of handlefull on some wet roads....and as for snow...lets not go there! Also watch out for diesel spills which caught me out back in November last year i think. Just trying to save a few lost supras in the coming months anyone else with tips pelase feel free to add
  18. Well i can tell ya now, my NA supe totally stock is dead even with a WRX scooby 280 - 300 for elss then £2000 no chance. If your looking to buy car outright, there seems to be a overlap in prices for NA's and TT's. I have seen TT's for around 9,000 obviously slightly older 93 - 96. How much are you looking to get a NA for...if you dont mind me asking. And are you looking for totally standard or maybe nice to have rims, suttle body kit. You checked out auto trader website at all, to have a look. have to admit aint looked on there to see whats about for bout a month! 1. I have no idea 2. Superchips are not avaliable for the supra, but you can buy a TOM's ECU for the NA ive heard prices floating about of a £1000 for that 3. Have no idea myself I can tell you we have a 260 BHP NA supra on the board here i have no idea of cost spent on getting it too that. the 280BHP - 300BHP u wana get for under £2000 would prob be the difference in price for a NA - TT both in good condition. Then for under £2000 again on TT you can get up to around 380 - 400BHP. Im in same boat as u,towards power, i just cant decide whether to invest in my NA or get a TT. I have been intersted in Turbo kit for the NA though. I dont know if you have driven a NA manual yet but the Gear box is naturally clunky, just a warning icnase you jump in one and expect it perfectly smooth The NA manual gearbox is very strong. In US many NA's have turbo kits on. Check out http://www.supraforums.com to look at the threads on them
  19. Hi and welcome. 1. i think 235 BHP is quite achievable. with a Decat (both cats out) perfromance exhaust system, induction kit & using Optimax. After that it gets very exspensive although you can get a Turbo kit for NA but that aint cheap either if your after Big BHP save and get a TT. Insurance is ahrdly any different and in most cases cheaper!! 2. sorry no ideas but someone will be able to help you 3. I cant really answer this either but had my NA Manual for a Year and havent had one single problem! touch wood 4. I dont do the work myself apart from oil change and that was easy lol I do knwo to change the plugs on a NA is harder then on a TT
  20. no probs mate, i aint bothered whos goes first we both know how to do up bolts send me a PM of possible day and we can arrange something:thumbs:
  21. Deal......ermm we can do yours first yea
  22. The pics always make it look so easy dont they lol
  23. I dont think i got LSD on mine and im a manual.... any NA jokes and this will happen
  24. they cant of always my Brake fluid cap says 3.1 so ill have to give it a full flush!
