  1. I've had abour 3 sets of silver caps stolen, but since switching to black plastic ones no-ones touched them. At the end of the day no one is gonna see them anyway.
  2. The Garage in Wishaw can do it
  3. It's my daily driver, but I work from home, so I only use it for going to the shops and the like.

  5. I had that problem, so I removed the fog light bulb on a sunny day to let the condensation out. Then I removed all the bulbs and replaced them, making sure they were all in tight. Then I got some black bathroom sealant and ran that over all of the join I could see from the top. Then I made sure the wing was on nice and tight. Never had condensation again
  6. Did you send them out by Royal Mail or a delivery company? Only wondering, cos I got a card in saying I had missed a parcel from Business Post today.

    Buying a supra

Marc at The Garage in Wishaw is supposed to be one of the best in Scotland. I take my car there, but its a bit far from Aberdeen...
  8. Chris Wilson pads are highly rated.
  9. Another way to do the conversion is to turn a reverse light into a fog.
  10. That's pretty expensive!
  11. I ordered 2 new shocks for the rear yesterday... I can see my diagnosis having the same result as you changing the bearings Definately interested in the control arm outcome though. I saw that getting mentioned in a duscussion about rear wheel noises over on the american forum.
  12. Hey I've been getting a clunk from my rear drivers side wheel since last summer. The clunk only happens at low speeds going over bumps. At first it was only happening going over speed bumps or pot holes, but now it's happening over the slightest bump. It's also started creaking slightly when pulling to a stop slowly or pulling away slowly. The opposite corner (passenger rear) sits 1" lower than every other corner... so I dunno if that's anything to do with it. The rear can also feel very light at times. I also get quite a bit of wheel spin and even some wheel hop in the wet. A hard launch can see the back end spin. That's even with RLTC on Wet when it's a lovely dry day. I need to pull away carefully to keep it going straight. I did hit a curb pretty hard with that wheel last summer, so I think I might have bent or damaged something. I've had it into several garages since the summer, but none of them have been able to find anything wrong. I've also jacked the car up myself and tried to shake the wheel, but there's no play at all, so I think that rules out the wheel bearing. Any ideas guys? Also, would the car sitting lower on one corner, plus these noises, be the reason for the poor handling?
  13. Maybe also check the wheel bearings, as well as the shocks and tire pressures?
  14. Put an old rusty screw in some coke and see.. no harm in it It's supposed to work though.
  15. Can't help with the ECU, but just wanted to say that Marc is a great guy and knows his Supras! I take my car to him for everything
  16. LOL! Was thinking the same thing
  17. Look like the Toyota skirts and spats to me...
  18. My RSR if pretty loud for the first 10 mins, then quietens down quite a bit. If it's heated up properly you can hardly here it sitting it idle.

    supra v r33gtr

I've always wondered if I would be better off with a 4 wheel drive car up here in Scotland. Then I get in the Supra and quickly come back to reality! RLTC really tames the Supra in the wet and makes it so much easier and less stressful to drive. You're best off test driving both cars. I really regret not test driving a GTR when i bought my Supra. I wouldn't have bought one, but I should have compared them first.
  21. This could definately be fun The controller looks really nice as well! http://www.racelogic.co.uk/traction/driftadjust.htm
  22. So would it be a bad move to upgrade to the TRD if I'm looking for better traction in the wet?
  23. How do they compare to the stock LSD in the wet?

    bonnet

I'll swap ya my jspec bonnet for your abflug one mate
  25. It's when the wheels sort of bounce, usually when pulling away hard or changing gear when really going for it. It can cause a lot of damage...
