I Have a tt auto. In drive everything seems fine but in neutral or park the revs seem to be over just over 1k revs. I can't remember if its always done this or not. My girlfriend pointed it out when we were in the car at the weekend and I can't remember ifs normal or not. When stopped in drive its under 1k rpm In neutral or park it's just over 1k rpm

I think the oil seal has gone in one of my turbos as I'm having the same issue but it's quite bad

But like I said they come with a 2 year warrenty after the rebuild. Hopefully I will be able to go single in 2 years so it shouldn't be an issue. Fingers crossed

Midland turbos gave me a good quote to refurb them so I will get them to give them a good look over and advise me if they are that far gone. If so I'll get some Whifbitz hybrids

Cheers. Unfortunalty single is out of my budget my turbos will be going to midland turbos for a refurb and steel internals and they give a 2 year warrenty

I think an oil seal has gone in one of my turbos and going to get hybrids. I've been quoted about £250 for the removal and possibly around £500 to refit so I might aswell do it myself. Found this guide http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?82952-Blitz-Twin-Turbo-Installation which seems pretty decent but has anyone got any other tips? Also I take it I will need the complete turbo gasket kit when I put them back on

How long will the turbos last though if the oil seals have gone? I could get the hybrids in a month and fit them running 1.2bar and slowly build the rest of the supporting mods while slowly upping the boost and eventually go single in a couple of years. Saving for a house so can't really afford a single build right now

Has anyone had any experience with the Whifbitz hybrids? I know hybrids can be abit hit or miss but I think the oil seal has gone on one of twins and after pricing up going single I might just go with hybrids for the time being with a piggy back and try for the 450bhp mark

Had the same problem. Keron sorted us out. I think they are mega bucks new from toyota!

They said about that though that the paint and body was knakkered before they started. They have done some nice cars though. Someone has had a supra done a couple of times with no complaints
