  1. At the minute I'm very happy with it. My intention was to go na-t but where I live and the roads I drive the manual n/a combination is really good. I'm surprised how happy driving it I am. A lot more controllable than the auto TT. Feels more stable on the country roads and drive it more at the limit. A lot less scary lol
  2. Seems perfect atm. Haven't stopped driving it all weekend
  3. As I said I gave it a good check and drive. But a cat d is normally only cosmetic. No vosa or engineer report needed to put it back on the road. Just an MOT
  4. That's my thinking. Who has some cheap for sale lol I might refurb the ones on there myself. I did a set on my last car but after a few months one start get condensation in and I could never reseal it properly again
  5. Yh that was me asking lol
  6. I started buying parts to go single but I was costing more than I thought and I don't have much spare time anymore at the minute. Plus I wanted a manual again. I was going to buy a hot hatch for abit but then I got sad when I was emptying the car when I sold it and I saw the yellow one and fell in love! The manual and N/A engine is a really got combination and really fun to drive compared to a full bpu auto. I think that 400bhp is too much for the area I live. Never really get a chance to use it
  7. Need some centre caps
  8. Rota torques I think
  9. I want some facelift front and rear lights, new seats but I'm unsure what I fancy yet. Possibly reclining buckets and just tidy the interior. Then next year maybe na-t. But at the minute I'm quite happy with the power and I love how it looks. Just want the black headlights
  10. I need some facelift headlights or refurb the headlights with black internals to finish the outside.
  11. It was a cat d. I did a hpi check got the details and the garage I bought it from said the respray etc was carried out after the accident and from what the hpi people told me the story matched up. I had a long test drive and a good check over and everything seemed straight and true so I went for it. Managed to knock him down and a good few quid aswell. So winner
  12. Ok I'm going to see keron tomorrow. If he doesn't have them I will pm you
  13. Do you have the two plastic bits from either side of the boot that covers where the shocks bolt to the body? And also the passenger grab handle?
  14. Sold my TT auto yesterday and bought an N/A manual. And I love it! Bye bye turbo [emoji26] https://vimeo.com/129371688 Hello N/A (Pictures from advert) My pics Wide ridox kit Stock front bumper with active spoiler 18" rotas Resprayed in fararri yellow Drives beautifully. Has a club sticker in the window so if the previous owner is on here I would love to know more about it. Very clean straight car the interior needs a spruce and a couple of bits sorted.
  15. This is my car from when I bought it, modified it and plasti dipped it
  16. Plasti dip is a cheap way of making your car look good on the street if you have paid out for body parts but can't afford a re spray yet. That was my thinking. Cruising down the motorway it looks mint. Better than a project car looking 3 or 4 different colours. But up close it isn't that good. My thinking was always plasti dip until it I can afford a proper respray. Temperary solution to project car that is 2 or 3 different colours
  17. Just dip it East Midlands I think they were called
  18. Yh still three. The bloke said there was a problem with the paint though so maybe other companies are better
  19. Had mine done and it's shit. Wouldn't recommend plasti dip. Peels easy at edges, rough, hard to clean, bird shit stains it. Just overall not good IMO
  20. Yh that's right. Cheers mate. Going for look later anyway
  21. Located in Bedford. Just done a hpi check and it's came up that it's been a cat d twice. Looks clean enough now but wandered if anyone knows the history?
  22. Update. I'm going single! Already bought a lot of parts and only need a new fuel pump, injectors and ECU to finish hopefully. Looking 555bhp
  23. Just emailed Austec to see if they can map hks f con
