  1. It would suit it alright! However that rear spoiler is crappy and over the top, please remove it and send it to me for recycling...
  2. Sell it, then you don't have the embarrassment of being beaten by a 1.3 Turbo diesel Punto.....

    What oil

I like to use this type, bit hard to get it into the engine though... http://superloopy.io/images/2007/06/can-of-worms.jpg
  4. Engine problems! Bloody Engine Problems! I have no boost due to it not being mapped
  5. Ahh, you beat me! I have a turbo engine with no boost! So even less power than a NA!
  6. Hi Ryan Thanks for the email back this morning. I am going to go with Martin on your recommendation. Its going for mapping in April so will let you guys know how it goes! I will be leaving the car with Martin for a week so he can set it up and i like the fact he can take his time with it. Will keep you all posted!
  7. Who are you using Shane? - - - Updated - - - Ahh.....Ireland....

  9. Hi guys Just finished building up the Supra gone single turbo and aiming for 650-700BHP on AEM managment. I had originally lined up Ryan to map the car for me but this will not be possible for the foreseeable future as he has so much work with his Syvecs unit's. Ryan has passed me on to a guy called Dan Turner to map it, however i wanted any other suggestions if you guys have any? I am based Peterborough but am willing to travel for the right mapper. Thanks
  10. Hi guys Fitted my Spec 2 Plate clutch a while back but just managed to try it today. The clutch will not fully disengage. There is not enough fluid provided by the master cylinder, i have tried adjusting the pedal but had no joy. I was aware of this as a possible issue and was sent a Tilton Master Cylinder with the clutch, it uses a 19mm bore instead of the OEM's 15mm. However it is a universal item. I am missing the adapter that converts the Tilton to the Supra bolt patten. Has anyone got one? Or know where to get one? The only place so far is from the USA. Any help would be great!
  11. Thanks for the comments guys! The Holset is a HX52, Billet Compressor wheel with a 66mm In and a 99mm Exducer . It flows 88 lb/min and is similar to a gt4294r or gt4202r. Cost me £500 used. Will be interesting to compare to some of the other single Supras once Ryan G has worked his magic!
  12. Looks great! I used yours to work out how i want mine to look!
  13. Thread title was going to be 'I fitted a Volvo turbo to my Supra'
  14. Thanks, i am hoping the heat shield will stop the radiant heat and as the sensor is screwed through the heat shield it should act as a heat-sink... but that is yet to be proven! - - - Updated - - - Thanks
  15. Thanks for that, its not a kit, i have made most of the parts myself... Maybe your turbo kit was a bit wimpy.... Too add, its a cast manifold so i cannot move it.
  16. Genuine items, no ebay copys Fitting up Aeromotive FPR Installed Brought a whifbitz single turbo pipe………….. It was nowhere near the turbo So I made one, it ended up like this! Also got my Goodridge heat covering on the throttle cables as I don’t want them melting togther on full throttle! And on the oil feed That’s it for now! Tune in next time, thanks for reading.
  17. The idea is the hot gases expand in the top section and cool and condenes in the lower And fitted Fitted my new plugs as advised by Ryan G Getting there now! Fitted an NA expansion bottle as its smaller Made up my oil drain, 25MM so no drain issues Cut a flange and used stainless pipe for an oil drain Yes! Fitted my AEM boost solenoid Made a stainless steel heatshield for the brake cylinders/ABS and also to protect the lambda sensor Water pipe aluminium heat shield and lambda sensor heatsheild Next up was plumbing in the fuel, I used Aeroquip push fit
  18. Precision External wastegate on! New nuts and fitted! Wrapped and painted Fitted Undercar pipe I made vs the decat one I brought… And fitted, you can just see the screamer screamer pipe routing Gave the cam covers a paint Next up I made a catchtank from stainless! Didn’t like the blingy ones Stainless balls Drain
  19. Hi guys update time! Gets a bit more interesting from now in Quick fab up of things to come… I am using a Holset HX52 Turbo, billet blades, 16CM housing, journal bearing. Making the downpipe, starting at 4inch and reducing to 3 inch, all stainless Flexi at the bottom where it joins the undercar section. Test fitting external wastegate made my screamer pipe I decided to make a turbo stay to hold the weight of the turbo as its damm heavy! Used the stock twins bracket Used the NA heater pipe Just as a warning! Don’t buy the compesit gaskets that are avalible! The port holes are too big! The manifold had some rough casting so I used a die grinder to remove it The turbo also has a devided housing but my manifold is not so I cleaned up the sharp edges
  20. Ahh looked welded in to me but i guess you could be right.
