Quick fab up of things to come…
I am using a Holset HX52 Turbo, billet blades, 16CM housing, journal bearing.
Making the downpipe, starting at 4inch and reducing to 3 inch, all stainless
Flexi at the bottom where it joins the undercar section.
Test fitting external wastegate
made my screamer pipe
I decided to make a turbo stay to hold the weight of the turbo as its damm heavy! Used the stock twins bracket
Used the NA heater pipe
Just as a warning! Don’t buy the compesit gaskets that are avalible! The port holes are too big!
The manifold had some rough casting so I used a die grinder to remove it
The turbo also has a devided housing but my manifold is not so I cleaned up the sharp edges
