  1. Hi guys, all of a sudden today after fitting double din... Which is all I did today... On idle my car has decided to go mental on me constantly jumping from around 1k to 2.5k rpm I took a video which I uploaded 3 times to photobucket but it's still not showing Cheers Shaun
  2. Probably.... But if the motor is the problem you're still going to have to manually move the seat to unbolt it
  3. Hope this helps...... Driver side is a 12mm socket, if it's sat too far back just have socket is set to unbolt! Other side is 10mm and same applies it's no hassle at all i promise
  4. Scrap that, figured it out. Got seats going if anyone needs them
  5. Hi guys sorry if I'm posting a thread that's covered just cant seem to find it. Just wondering if there is a way of manually moving an electric seat, it's annoying the hell out of me. Many thanks Shaun
  6. Haha thanks..... That rear is actually a veilside, one of not many made. I think I read around 100 or 150 made. I'm almost happy as I say few more bits to do, plus my deep dish rims I took pics quickly on my phone, camera playing up and misting up
  7. Well.... Not the finish I expected after months of constantly being messed around but it's half way there.... Going to go elsewhere and have shell done, then put new rims on.... Not everyone's cup of tea but I'm more than happy with the 3 choices of kit that's on it. Also to smooth in rear bumper and skirts, and have door handles removed
  8. - - - Updated - - - video of today
  9. Thanks buddy.... Got all that except the lt leads?
  10. Definitely no leaks mate and the cat temp light was a new thing today
  11. No mate dry as a bone, it's also smelling a lot from back end
  12. Well today things got worse! It is now backfiring in idle and when attempting to drive is not firing on all cylinders. Loss of most of its power and a dash light came on, which I believe to possibly be the cat temp light

  14. Ok just listened to the audio to this vid, think I should retake in morning
  15. Hoping this vid will give some idea of the problem
  16. Right..... O2 is the one in the zaust? Maf is in the filter pipe? Told u I'm mechanically illiterate
  17. Well yeah a cheap cone someone fitted when I bought it
  18. I thought the maf was the O2 sensor?
  19. Hmmm.... No idea.... All I know about cars is how to drive them lol could find out though
  20. Hiya guys, at the mo while supra is being done, I'm driving around in my runaround st202 Celica, which, recently had another engine fitted. At first it had no power really and just drove around farting, I replaced the plugs which seemed to resolve the issue.... For a month, now it's started again! The issues I'm having, are hugely over fuelling and hardly any power at all, irratic idling, when cold it's running at correct rpm, when warm, almost 1500 rpm. And (not constantly, just whenever it wants) starts farting and rough as hell from a set off giving minimal power Any help would be received gratefully Only answers I've been given from a few people was it could be the O2 sensor Many thanks, shaun
  21. Strangely my dash was sprayed gun metal grey.... Over body filler and some sort of rock hard resin when I got it, unfortunately I can't find any pictures to show you the state it was in, but it was bad, clumps of the stuff all around the double din hole, paint cracked and peeling, but, a bit of work and a few cans of ford currant red and even more lacquer......
  22. Cheers Paul. I'll definitely keep that in mind as I don't know anyone to do it
