Well after 2 weeks off the road, decided it was time to start a strip down... Was not impressed with what I found: Around August when I bought the car: veilside supra: Many will be happy to know, veilside is now gone, but upon stripping the car, found, after around 30 minutes removing 1 skirt, there weren't just 4 screws holding the skirts on: That would be body filler and some sort of tough a$$ silicone at the front of the skirt Another 2 tubes of silicone later: Spoiler off: Boot now stays up Bumper off: Updates over the months to come... First change is a TRIAL front bumper which is already fitted. Skirts to go with this bumper are doing my head in as I can't find any I think go. I don't want a whole TRIAL supra, I want to make it my own. Also having a custom exhaust made and the HKS SILENT is coming off. As for rear end, that's still a debate. Spoiler is sorted though. Rims a possibility, some ultralite 5 spoke staggered I was offered. The colour of the car is open to suggestions (NOT RED,BLACK OR SILVER, it's too common)

Looking for vented front wings, but can't find any I like Or... Vents I can have cut in to have a bit of a custom look. Anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers Gareth I been looking online. Eventually I'll change the shocks but for now, there's nothing wrong with them so I'll keep em til I can afford new

Well I've been driving as a daily since I bought it, it's been fine. Personally I don't think the last owner has really bothered to service it in any way shape or form. I've not had one problem with it since I bought it. Just the possible handbrake thingy now. But some will be pleased to know (including me, the bumper was veilside that ripped off when taking it off the low loader last night lol) just another excuse to fit the new trial bumper that's sat waiting for its home. When Xmas is out the way, it's coming off the road to have a look over and anything that needs doing will get done. And when I source some skirts i like it'll have a new kit as I'm removing the whole veilside kit and giving it a respray

While I'm on the subject of my car... N/S rear brakes stinking of burning badly which is why it was brought home on low loader. There's not a lot of tension in my handbrake, would u say it could be that?

Just looked under my car for the first time.... Totally lost, brakes stuck on, then coming off low loader, tore my bumper off, anyway, looking at my shocks, anyone know anything about them? Decent or not, adjustable??

Thanks guys. I'm actually looking for a delimiter as I bought a cartek off here but apparently the cartek people aren't willing to give me the wiring diagram as I shouldn't have been able to buy it. So got mph clocks but still running in kph.

Posting in here as in technical forum I had no response to a different subject As above when hitting around 80mph (car reads in kph still) I'm getting eml coming on. Never noticed b4 as the solder has had to be redone and none of the lights in that part ever came on. Also the warning light in top centre of speedo Any help would be greatly appreciated.
