phil - would it work if i downloaded someone else's working DAT file to the rltc application on the laptop then stick it on mine after allowing for tyre size differences ? i am not sure if it is that easy?

sorry to hear such distressing news. hope you get another mate. think my rltc has sorta 'changed configs' after a flat battery session (although they shouldn't lose their settings) and it has been hard cutting in big time - even if i ease around a corner, it comes in and it sounds like a friggin' machine gun going off in the back. matt has a drive in it today and even HE said it was ' a bit jerky' ...

without meaning to sound rude or dismissive to those (i'm sure fine and upstanding) magazines, there's actually a very good reason why we don't read those publications - they're a load of tripe ! pure fodder for young saxo/nova drivers desperate for some kind of misplaced street cred. their upgrades seem to consist of bolting the largest and most ridiculous exhaust pipes, crumbly bodykits and useless shiny bits for the most part. just my 2p

my 2p - based on being NA, the bomex cuz it's fussy looking and will cover most of the gap i think. most others expose the gap for the FMIC i believe ?
