I'm going to do a service soon, and will change the coolant. I already have 5 litres of coolant, can’t remember the brand but might get some Toyota for life red stuff if it’s not too expensive. I understand I need two cans but does anyone know the cost from Toyota? I’ve searched but can’t find prices.

You would have to find a car with a 9005 fitment that comes with HID as standard, lots of breakers would probably have the whole kit removed and ready to fit for you but its a lot of hassle.

I had mine down a long time ago now, the results are still posted on this site somewhere. It was cheaper than what your having done but made the car feel much safer.

Agree with soop doog, although it is very unlikely they wont pay out to the insured either in this case.

Peter where did you buy that baffle from? The Superdragger has a very wide diameter.

Dont want to answer for Green but he did buy them new! They are just a very poor example of HID. I often wondered about taking the HID units out of say an Audi TT or whatever on the breakers yard but dont know how much they would charge for them? It would only be worth it if they were really cheap.

I've got a superdragger not a 2 didnt know there was a 2 but anyway I dont think there is a baffle for it.

Not embarrassed but there was a really clean shiny red 55 plate Ferrari next to me at the petrol station today making my 95 Supra that was filthy look a bit pants.

I was slightly out of my usual driving location today and got some of this 99 ron from tesco holmbush in hove which isn't on the list. 90.9p I put £40 in but had at least £5 of 95 ron in the tank already. I've driven for about 20 miles on it but cant say it made any difference at all, so far anyway.

Can you not get bulbs for yours at a good price from anywhere? After spending out £600 already on HID I would not be happy to pay again.

I'm impressed with your Photoshop abilities too! Personally though and this is only IMO so feel free to ignore me but the car looks better with the normal bonnet. The standard bonnet is aluminium there isn't really any weight saving even.

My hks superdragger has been on a TT and NA. They are the same.
