LS400 are slightly smaller than UK so should you find a post confirming they fit UK - then your fine. Plenty people have/had these style rims so it's likely they will not foul UK brakes.

Those specs will sit inside the arch imo Search through build threads to find Wheel size/tyres specs/ETs you want first then find wheels that fit that look

Rough guess 19s with a thin profile so maybe 35s fronts and 30s rear with whatever width and offsets needed to fit the tyre size and offset. But the backs are gonna be
