Thats just an unfortunate fact of life mate, the bigger you are the more unhappy customers you wil get, i just only realised the percentage of compliants we have had and its almost negligible compared to how many thank yous and happy customers. However it still bugs me that to have these compliants as we do try and make sure everyones pleased.
-
lol yeah i put in 0.05% first but then realsed its even lower than that!!! The percentage of happy customers to unhappy is unreal, but sadly its the unhappy customers that seem to be highlighting themselves. I personally think we offer our 150% to our customers always go out of our way to help but unfortuntely were not superhuman and we will make mistakes.
-
Its difficult enough running a business but the last thing you need is comments like this. We have lots of enquires every week possibly about 200 - 300 now times that by 52 =10400 to 15600. So from 10000 to 15000 enguiries a year you would naturally expect a few 'unhappy' customers. However its the >0.0005% is what is bieng used to judge our company!!!

Nobody was 'rude' if the gentleman thinks that the response was rude then its his opinion and how he felt. He was told that at that budget he will be wasting his time and ours, the cars the rang for were priced at £9995 and we havent sold a TT6 for less than that ever.
-
lol we have NEVER had a 300zx in stock mate, were based on LINCOLN ROAD, defo not us please dont brush us guys with the rest You didn't come to us.
-
I think our response was sympathetic enough, we told the chap that with that kind of budget he will be wasting our time and his. He wasn't called a 'w%^&*' like he has called us etc. what over priced stock?? having just sold 5 TT6's this week and looking for more stock...........
-
Sorry mate if you feel offended but if you call up for a TT6 priced at £9995 and then tell the chap you have a budget of 4-8k what kind of response were you expecting??

TO JURGEN I actually read this thread for the first time last night so didn't have time to discuss it with the guys at the office. So having come in and chatted with the admin boys this morning they feel very upset with you for starting such a thread mate here are the reasons. 1) you are on very good chatting terms with our guy Alex, you have many times rang him for a general chat and advice, he feels you guys were on very friendly terms and have chatted about problems with PH adverts (when you had the same situation) and stuff in general so you could have easliy called him instead of posting on here. 2) the EXACT SAME THING happened to your adverts when you renewed your contract a few months ago, so you knew exactly what the problem is and why it is caused and what to do to resolve the situation. Futhermore you know how difficult it is to resolve. it took you a few days to delete your adverts too. (anyone doesnt believe me i have the number for the PH guy in charge at the time to confirm) 3) you know the PH team well you could have rung them (which you probably did) and they would have clearly explained the problem to you. 4) (i feel this personally) your post was intended to stir up trouble and have bad things said about our company and try to get us guys brushed with the rest of the HW lot. As i have explained previously mate we are not here to compete with anyone for business or popularity stakes, we are also not here to start trouble if somebody wants to say bad stuff or call us so and so thats fine with us. We have our head down busy working and not everyone in the world is going to think we are great, especially the competition with who we are wiping the floor with (that excludes you Jurgen as we considered you as a friend) I have personally on many times recommended you to clients and have never said anyhting bad about you. So to be honest mate your post was totally out of order and i genuinely believe your trying to start trouble. (To the rest of the forum) Sorry i have posted this on here guys lifes busy enough without you guys having to read this crap but i feel its fair to respond this way as Jurgen as it was he who started this thread in public

The stuff your thinking about is Ephedra mate, thats also known in Chinese as ma huang. It has similiar effects as ephedrine, however again potentially has serious side effects leading to its subsequent ban. Although it was legal for a few years and could be bought over the counter. The only similair legal alternative i know of (although i haven't tried it) is Phen375 which could be got from here http://www.myfatburner.co.uk/phen375-legal-phentermine-alternative/ I dont know the legalities of it in competitive sports though
-
T5 is an ephedrine based drug, I believe it is an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine aspirin), Ephedrine is banned in most sports so i would be careful mate if tested you can get in trouble. Protein wise i go for the PHD products, they are very very good value for money.

Pattern ones are cheaper but maybe not as good, the cheapest ive been quoted is £140 fitted. I can pm you details if you like.

Hi, No problems thats the reason why this forum is here for, its here to help us guys out and certainly for me its a very important tool for knowledge. Once again thanks for your comments its given us a good prespective of how our business appears, and it certainly has given me concerns about our location and how it a looks to a customers as they drive into the show area. Our main concerns are security hence i chose a tucked away location, however we are on a flexible lease and soon as a secure and attractive looking location comes along my plan would be to move. Regards -

yeah mate its getting very very hard now with so many others after the same thing at times we have had to pay a grand over asking price to get good examples. I do agree the fresh jap ones are much better in terms of underbody quality but buying them at the right price to make any money is impossible !! -

Hi Guys, To AGB Im very sorry mate that you didnt like our car, we can take your comments on board and use them to improve our cars and service for the future. I can only say its nice to get feedback from customers weather its negative or positive, as we can only improve if we know what were doing wrong. So once again sincere apologies, i take every comment very seriously and heads will roll.....joke . I do try and provide the best examples possible and feel very ashamed but however will use this critisim constructively. In all fairness we decide to not Underseal our cars prior to sale like a lot of other traders do, as i would like the customer to be aware of the underbody condition. The surface rust that you mentioned could have been easily treated by us and would have been included in the sale price but it is a concious decsion to leave the cars 'raw' so that the customer doesnt feel like that there are nasties hidden undermeath. The rolled arches were nessecary due to the wide rota and slighly lowered suspension. And secondly as i have mentioned in my previous posts we have recently moved to our new premisis the board on the building is http://www.dmc-cars.com (a car tuning and design company) previous occupiers. This will be removed by us soon as we have given then guys plenty of time to take it off and they havn't. HOWEVER we wont be putting any signage up outside our building for security due to the nature of our cars so nothing can be changed there sorry. Finally i NO we are not the 'others' if any mods want to send me their emails i will provide full proof including vat returns, bank statement, passport/driving license copies etc. DNA fingerprints??? -
I dont see a supra??? Love the dash though
