R### XBT is a familiar reg my aristo & a couple more I know had the same letters, originally bought from Jap prestige & performance in Bradford My original plate when I purchased the car in 2008 was R737 XBT

A friendly car spares shop did mine, I asked for smaller font, equal gaps & on one line.. Obviously there classed as show plates with no makers postcode on. Never had any issues with police Any local upcoming car shows, I recall plate makers being at a few in the past.

The mk2 can be a bit tail happy in stock form but that's normally due to the rear rack having play in it,(common weak point) A lock out bar or a full rear subframe swap with a lexarse GS will cure that.
