  1. SupraMan Mk4

    Hi Everyone

Welcome. As mentioned, 'Mikes' is currently up for sale, altho I understand someone is going to view it today. Mine may be going up and the end of the month if you are still looking about then. Good luck with the search but heed the advise above and spread your wings looking otherwise you may well end up with a pig! The £10 membership is worth it hands down, purely for the advise that these guys give, and the cars that are up for sale have generally been well looked after by enthusiasts and not thrashed or taken for granted.
  2. Cheers for that Dnk, Just copied that and saved for later, will add dates of service when I get home and check the documents.
  3. How about something like this - (This is a mock up not a genuine for sale thread.) The time ahs come to part company with my Supra. Please find details below, any Q's please ask - (Will obviously add detailed pics to the genuine article.) '94 L reg SZ Aerotop - I think. She’s truly got that head turning quality about her, whether it's her throaty exhaust, her thundering engine, the rumbling beat from the sound system or just the pure beauty of her sexy white curves, that gets her noticed. I really don't know, but what I can be sure of is she's made me a very happy and proud owner. I made the most of last summer driving around with the roof off, laping up all those lovely rays. Enjoying all the thrilling cornering power she has to offer. (For an NA anyway lol ) As well as all the standard features you would expect you will also find: - 18" 5 spoke silver racing alloys with polished lip and low(ish) profile tyres. Full body kit, with front splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler and spats, which efficiently improves aerodynamics, as well as improving overall appearance. Big bore sports stainless steel exhaust, for that spine tingling deep burble. Induction Kit, providing a little bit of extra power, extra torque and improved throttle. Braided Brake lines. Naturally aspirated. FTW! Carbon effect dash panels and a JVC Double Din headunit with Ipod/bluetooth functionality. Also I have boxed - (JVC EXAD KD-AVX1 CD/DVD/MP3/WMA/DAB with a 3 inch full colour TFT monitor, which can be used as a rear-view camera, simple to watch you films or navigate the player using the GUI menu. Comes complete with built-in premium speaker system, remote control and removable front plate. Larger front brakes and calipers ) Security: Clifford 650 Mk2 - ideal for the Aero with the added remote start feature for those cold winter mornings. (Certificate included.) Tinted electric windows, additional provision for security and privacy, whist deflecting the suns glare and adding to the overall appearance. I am the 3rd owner, the Odo currently reads 125,000km. This is a mixture of Miles and Km. (80-85k miles approx.) Recently serviced - spark plugs, oil, replaced brake fluid, brake pads, braided brake lines, cambelt, pulley. Some service history, and past MOT's.
  4. Im still planning on going mate, will be the last hurrah for the Supra. So long as it goes through its MOT ok on the 27th April I will confirm my place and payment. Plus will be a good place to take some avertising pics, weather pending.
  5. Thanks for the help so far guys. Chris regarding the license plate, I have no problem with this as I like to do checks on cars before I purchase them too. But why do people often blur part of, if not all of the plate in pictures?
  6. As the title suggests I am looking for advice on selling my Supra. This will be my first experience selling, as I normally p/x. How should I go about structuring my advert. I know the basics like putting milage, pics, service history, security device, import date, any mods, number of owners and tax/mot expiration but after that im effectively lost. Also I am putting it up at the end of the month for £4.5k. Am I being unrealistic? I am not in a rush to sell as I have the ability to store it so I wont need to do a 'quick sale' price. With summer around the corner I may even enjoy the odd ride if I still have it. Any hints, tips, advice most welcome. Paul
  7. I have listed below a number of dvd's I am looking to move on along with a few xbox 360 games and Football manager 2011 for the PC. So will try them out here first before putting them on Ebay. The DVD's are 3 for £6 unless otherwise stated. Delivery charge is included, and will be sent out in padded Jiffy bags. Offers on the xbox games welcome. If you see any you like, or have any questions send me a PM and ill update the list accordingly. 21 2012 40 Yr Old Virgin 50 first dates 9 Songs Above the rim Ace Ventura Pet detective Ace Ventura When Nature Calls Ali G inda house Anchorman Assault on precinct 13 BASEketball Basic Big Daddy Blades Of Glory Blow Bulletproof Centre of the world City of Angels Da Vinci Code Dogma DominoThe Exorcism Drop dead fred Enemy of the state Eurotrip Unseen Fallen Fight club Football Factory Forgetting Sarah Marshall Fun with dick and jane Gone in 60 seconds Grown Ups Happy Gilmore Hitch How to lose a guy in 10 days Human Traffic Inbetweeners series 1 and 2 boxset - £5 Jerry Maguire Killers (Ashton Kutcher) King Arthur Kiss the girls Kung-fu Panda Ladder 49 Leap year Lock Stock and 2 smoking barrels Longest yard Love actually Man On Fire Mask Of Zorro Meet Dave Nacho Libre Old School Pathology Peep Show series 2 Prime Revolver Road Trip Scarface Semi Pro Shaun of the dead Something about mary Space chimps Spawn Starsky and Hutch (Ben Stiller) The Astronaughts wife The hills have eyes The holiday The Italian job (Michael Cane) The Man The Ringer The skeleton Key The wedding Singer Top gun Transporter 2 Tropic Thunder Troy Valiant Valkyrie Van wilder party liason Waiting Waterboy Wedding Crashers White chicks White men cant jump Wild Things Young guns Zombieland Xbox 360 games COD 4 COD WAW Xmen Origins - Wolverine Fifa 10 Final Fantasy 13 Football Manager 2011 for the PC. 8. Absolute steal right there, my favourite colour for the Supe.
  9. Possibly interested. PM me some details on the Z4, milage and any pics etc and ask any Q's you may have about my Supe. Pics are available in my garage. Cheers, Paul.
  10. What was actually done to this to make it TT? Engine replacement etc? What is the current milage? And any interior shots? Only asking as interested.
  11. If you are willing to negotiate, this guy is after an Aero - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?242719-TOYOTA-SUPRA-with-aerotop&p=3074512#post3074512 At the end of the day this is your for sale thread. And the price you are selling it for, is the price you are after, end of. That being said, the ad itself does leave alot to be desired. If I were to part with 4k of my hard earned cash i'd like to think the advert would be a tad more informative. Just my 2pence.
  12. Loving the engine bay, and quite fond of the colour. However, from the rear it looks like the Supra has saddle bags!
  13. Excuse my ignorance, im still not up to scratch on the Supra, altho I am learning a little every day. But what are the differences between facelift and pre-facelift rear lights?
  14. 1. Westy882 2. Monkpower 3. Hodge (depending on price) 4. Elmo 5. marc_p 6. Hoff (depending on price) 7. DodgyRog (depending on price 8. Missile (depending on price) 9. SupraMan Mk4 (Price pending)
  15. I was also under the impression that as standard, Toyota sold all RHD Aero's as autos? I was aware they sold a few LHD manual versions in the States etc but only a minority. Happy to be proven wrong though.
  16. Ouch, hopefully it'll get sorted mate. Keron's a top bloke so its in safe hands. Keep the faith.
  17. Also interested, but as above would need to know the price you're looking for dude.
  18. Give away price!! As you say you still have all the original lights/clocks etc. I'd put those parts back in (drop the price) and sell the lights, clocks etc seperately. You'd have no trouble reaching the £2500 you're after that way. Just my opinion
  19. Can't believe this is still here. If I weren't planning on upgrading the Aero to a 6 speed T/TT, I would have been all over this!
