  1. This is one for the NA owners out and about. After reading Fitz's fine write up on the Spirited Driving Chronicles page - http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?234622-N-A-Auto-vs.-Subaru-Impreza-WRX-05 It got me thinking - yes I have used the search functionality and still no joy What are the NA's capable of at the top end? I understand they are not the quickest off the line and the auto *lags* in second as its such a long gear and being restricted to 4 gears as a whole has to be a pain in the rear! But they do feel rather torquey and do continue to pull well through the gears without a lot of fuss. So lets assume the car has been delimited - and get a rough idea of what people have managed/seen (on private roads, raceways, runways etc) in their NA's. Please state auto or manual also. Cheers, Paul
  2. Isn't it Paul at Whifbitz that sells them mate?
  3. print screen>open paint>paste>crop to fit...done!
  4. Welcome mate, pics are most appreciated here.
  5. Cheers Nic! Which is the 'bluest' you can get for this fitment. Is it the 7500k 9005 fitment?
  6. Hi Guys, Looking for confirmation that these bulbs are the correct ones to use on my car. Its Jspec - and from what I have read on the forum the bulbs listed below are required for both the high beams and low beams. Is that correct? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/55w-ICE-BLUE-XENON-HB3-9005-Headlight-Bulbs-12v-/300416108280?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item45f23206f8 Thanks, Paul
  7. Right bit the bullet and went for the 650MK2 with remote start feature. Went for Dragon car audio for the supply and fit. I Think the guy is/was a member on here - 'Inti.' Its getting installed Monday morning. Has anyone else got a Clifford or remote start function. If so how do you find it operates is it relatively simple?
  8. Wow, that is a tad pricey, only my opinion tho. GLWTS, you may fare better with that sort of price in the summer months, and not with a Russian winter front on the horizon.
  9. Suppose i'll join in.............or me?
  10. Lovely car at a bargain price. Would consider a P/X with cash your way but not in a position to currently. If this is still available come the new year I may be in a better position. GLWTS in the meantime.
  11. I'd love to get all this Johnny but I dont think my budget will stretch far enough. I only have 500 notes, can prob push to 550 without the missus noticing but beyond that i'll have my plastic money taken away from me and be back on weekly pocket money.
  12. Will prob go for the 650 now as it does have raving review on here and on the net in general - But it seems that altho it has been discontinued the 5.5 was a better option, at least value for money wise. I came with more as standard for under £550 whereas the 650, altho it is a similar model, it does have less included as standard and is over £565. For a ''like4like'' comparison to the 5.5 it would be over £600+ which just seems odd.
  13. I was really interested in this set up, but have just received an email back from the company stating that the product itself has now been totally discontinued in the UK........Gutted!
  14. Haha, Maybe you can buy a dirty Supra and cut the roof off yourself for an 'Aero effect!' Day dream believer...... Good luck with the search.
  15. Never realised there were so many options. Looks like the 650 has got good reviews from you guys which is good enough for me!! Does this come with Microwave technology also for those warm summer days when the Targa is in the boot?
  16. Jellybean how much did yours cost fitted if you dont mind me asking?
  17. Good Morning people. I have decided this morning as I shivered uncontrollably in the Supra that it is time to upgrade the Alarm system. I have to primary reasons for this. Summer and Winter. The first is that the current system is not up to scratch for an aero. Summer - I can't have the roof off in the summer with the alarm set as it constantly goes off which becomes a tad annoying when you have to then put the roof back on. And secondly in the winter I would much prefer to get in a warmer car taking advantage of a remote start set-up. I have an auto so shouldn't have any issues with starting it and it Kangarooing into the neighbours Micra. Does anybody have/know off a system that would be ideal for my requirements - Remote Start feature and, If I have been informed correctly a ''microwave'' feature for when the roof is off in the summer. Budget is currently £500 fitted, let me know if this is unrealistic, or of any products that would suit the Supra. Thanks, Paul
  18. 4K is a cracking price but unfortunately its not the time of year to be selling your beloved. If this had been 6 months ago this ad wouldn't have lasted a fortnight.
  19. Why are you selling mate? Any interior or engine bay shots to add? Generally find it helps with the sale. GLWS.
