  1. Something British with a V8?
  2. Congratulations to you both mate!
  3. I'm easy Ian. M&C maybe? Dunkirk also has a new menu since we last went. - - - Updated - - - Mine did when I had it, used it whatever the weather
  4. Are we going to try and sort a meet this month? Been a while now since I missed the October one!
  5. We can have our own BMW cruise if you want Ste?
  6. I can't make the 23rd. Going to a mates Indian Takeaway / Bar opening night.
  7. Either should be ok. At work till 7 so would have to come straight there
  8. Millers Eco Max is pretty good. Boosts octane too. Use it in my BM. Cataclean is also worth a look. Tried that in every car I've had recently. Worked well in the BM and my Escort. Made noticeable mpg differences in both.
  9. Any night will do me. Is the Freelander going ok Rob?
  10. I'm not really fussed either way. Suppose we've not been to M&C for a while.
  11. Are we thinking of one next month? Anyone up for one? New menu launches at the Dunkirk this Friday too!
  12. I'll chip in with an E39 M5. Not that I'm biased or anything. Mines been dyno'd at 399.6BHP and 382lbs/ft. Peak torque comes just over 2000RPM and goes pretty much all the way to the red line Driven a Vauxhall VXR8 as well. Surprisingly very good! Was the 6.2 engined version with a manual box.
  13. I used one of these on mine. Couldn't fault it: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Supra-JZA80-2JZ-2JZGTE-1st-Front-Pipe-Decat-Frontpipe-/230910614544?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ASupra&hash=item35c3585c10
  14. Nice car this Dunk, good luck selling mate. Is the Landcruiser going as well?
  15. BMW do make some good performance engines though. I'd be interested to see if this comes off. Agree with Jamie though, needs a lot more BHP than they quote.
  16. I'd perhaps toy with the idea of fitting a separate gearbox cooler too. A local land rover Indy that I know when repairing the ZF boxes on the Range Rovers fits a separate bigger cooler.
  17. The BM ZF Auto box is pretty good, just make sure you get the fluid and strainer swapped every 40k I think my mechanic recommends. Not sure on brake boosting them though.... Sorry!
  18. If you're in the North East, have a word with Stuart at Advanced Automotive Systems, I believe he has made a few manifolds etc for Supras. 0191 2673718.

    Water loss

I'd stick an OE Rad Cap on from Toyota, worth a try for the price of them. Before fitting the rad cap, get it bled up properly.
