    New tyres

I know it's not been mentioned as a choice, but I've got Pirelli P Zeros on my BM, probably one of the best all round tyres I've used, my mate uses them on his 997 as well. Cannot fault them. I think Audi use them as standard fit on the R8 and Porsche do on some of the 997's so that will do for me. Mind you, not cheap, £540 as cost through a mate who works for National Tyres for 2x 275 30 20's! He just price matched Camskill.

    Brake info

As I'd said, those discs have not done many miles at all since I fitted them and EBC redstuff pads need to get hot to work well. Maybe try putting standard pads in, brake fluid was done not long before I sold it.
  3. Can't make this either I'm afraid, we're in the middle of moving house. Hopefully next month!
  4. I'm out on this one I'm afraid, right in the middle of moving house at the moment.
  5. IMO it looks alright for the money. It's a lot of car for the money.
  6. You're best just messaging him mate. He did all the work on my Supra at his mates garage.
  7. Yeah, should be full to the top in the rad with the expansion tank half full. As above!
  8. Yeah, it's my old one. Respray of the whole car was £1500, done by a mate as a favour. the front bumper had been on a silver car before, needed a few repairs and painting, the trial rear took a bit of messing to get a decent fit. It's not a bad finish. I sold it in March last year. I spent a small fortune on it. VSS job and a load of other stuff was done by Martin Kirk on here. I like how it's a blatant copy of my original sale advert as well! Link for sale from before I bought it: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?209405-Cheap-TT-on-Pistonheads&highlight=646bhp Paintwork was right mess, hence me having it resprayed. The lad who bought it after the above advert was a right idiot. Advertised it as 600+BHP!!!
  9. No help whatsoever, but referring to what Chris said, this clip is amusing!:
  10. Sounds good Ray, Westhoughton is easy for me as well. I'd be up for that.
  11. I'll be up for one next month. Any day is good for me really.
  12. Can't say I blame you Ray, I'm still at work and it sounds horrendous outside!
  13. Really sorry, can't make it tonight.
  14. I may not get there now I'm afraid.....
  15. Stoptech are worth a look as well. I have front and rear Stoptech brakes on my M5, with braided lines. They're a million times better than the standard brakes on an E39 M5.
  16. Are we getting a list going for this? 1: Dan 2: Ray
  17. Sounds quite normal mate.
  18. Autosmart Highstyle is OK as well. I find if you put that on and allow a while to dry, it lasts a while.
  19. Sidexeitsupra (Tim) had a solid gearbox mount in his TT6. Made the gearbox sound very noisy! I have similar on my M5, with a Getrag 6 speed box, and upgraded gearbox mounts; the box is a little more harsh and noisy than a standard setup.
  20. Shall we sort something for February now?
  21. Sounds good! A bit of retro British muscle!
