  4. probably not the usual way to do a respray but hope it turns out good for your sake be a real bummer to take all the time/effort to have to pay someone else to put it right best of luck
  5. not the brightest of things to do, luckily it didnt go wrong, could have killed 1 of those kiddies or worse a supra
  6. fair play but "in his parents garage" either he isnt getting enough business or his mum is still wiping his backside. i agree special cars want special treatment but surely 10-15 hours probably £500ish is more than enough i even splashed out on the supra last week because she deservis it, full vallet £25
  7. thanks guys help is much apreciated
  8. finally got around to fitting the glass headlights in the beasty n/a looks amazing fitted the hids i got from group buy, didnt quite fit so had to give them a file down, fitted the ballests after alot of shouting swearing and bleeding everything was in perfect. or so i thought everything is working other than dipped beam ie new hids looked at the wiring diagram and all is as it should be well 2nd time around, checked all the fuses under the bonnet, since im guessing i blew it having it wrong the first time, none are blown, is there another fusebox and if so help i cant find the damn thing
  9. im probably being nieve and silly here, but ive read alot of your posts recently and have been engrosed but they all seem to be about adding power. your running 4x power i have probably have 10000000x the knowledge have you uprated the bhp a bit much for the tyres your running, lost some weight from the rear end? im not saying anymore otherwise i will be slated

    Hi All

    Hi All

i would say if you see an auto you like the look of its would be well worth a testdrive, good starting point, as its seems manual n/a's are less common than auto's after my old rover 416 auto i swore i would never buy an auto again, merc changed my mind, and supra has sold it not all auto's are bad
  13. fancy a fuck allways done me well in newcastle, didnt work well down south tried it 5 times, after 4 slaps and a kick in the balls i had to try bullshiting

    Hi All

i went for auto but only because of aerotop, best auto ive driven by a big margin, even better than my merc e220 coupe i just got rid of, i also drive my dads 5 speed which is slightly quicker off the line, but i allways catch him with kickdown i will honestly say manual is more fun to drive, but auto is worth a look, not as sluggish as other auto boxes
  15. just aswell its not a snap=on van otherwise i might have to complete my collection
  16. i would personally go for block paving, its more expensive but you only need to do it once if its done right, larger stone/gravel is another option but a postie wanting to get home quick will make replacing windows a regular occurance

    Hi All

  18. yeah forgot to mention that bit, £10 more than payed for helpfull info, but quess thats probably why i saved over £100 from sky
  19. just seen the countless ads on tv, if they were that good they wouldnt need to advertise so much just my opinion
  20. i have my van insurance with 6 years no claims with a-plan yet they still couldnt compare to sky would be intrested, they said it was because ive had no experience in rwd cars, intrested as to diffrent experinces here since i put 3 vehicle and 2 public liability pollicies in a-plans direction every year
  21. you need to tell them, had an issue with elephant after telling them it was an import n/a 5 times, they still sent out/took money for uk tt speak to sky insurance they now have my business, £100 cheaper than anywhere else
