  1. Your not trying to put off any potential bidders are you Dnk haha:d sounding like your bidder number 4 sat on 3900;) hehe scotty
  2. No I messaged him on the bay and I text him the stem seal question but no response... If I were selling I would make sure I was by a PC to see how it was going and to answer any questions in the latter stages... I was so close to going to view, with a vision of buying a one way ticket and driving it back after all it is a UK TT. Wack in a cheeky 4000.01 bid and leave it at that..do it do it now Scotty
  3. Yeah he would rather fook his feedback than sell, or just pull it, but you may be suprised:innocent: And lol at the girlfriend comment:d just wack a 4k in and say you were shill bidding but now you are legally bound to buy it;) scotty
  4. Wack in 4k and see how it does.... go on JonoC you know you want to
  5. He has to, its legally binding. Unless he pulls the ad at the last minute, I have a hunch that this will be seen on PH in a couple of weeks in HW Scotty
  6. Just seen it only has 50 odd minutes left!! 3900 + 500 for seals (if they need doing) plus say another 500 for any odd bits still only leaves it at 4900. Not bad for saying it was up for 5.5k in November. I bet it will go cheap so will be ultimately a good buy for somebody Scotty
  7. Yeah Dnk not the most costly job but I was really interested in this and was about to look for a flight from east mids (only 20 mins from me) but at the time it was up for 5.5k and didnt want to buy to have to get work done. I bought off the classifieds instead. Im wondering if he has had it done. I have just enquired;) Dear biker.will, hi mate I enquired about the car in November, I remember it smoked as stated in your last ad which was maybe valve stem seals has this been rectified? as it is not mentioned in your new ad..cheers Rob - dvdhouse111 1995 TOYOTA SUPRA TWIN TURBO U.K. Model Item Id: 280451043523 End time: 20-Jan-10 20:31:46 GMT Buyer: dvdhouse111 (202) 100.0% Positive Feedback Member since 23-Sep-03 in United Kingdom Location: Staffordshire, United Kingdom Listing Status: This message was sent while the listing was active. 8. I emailed him about this on ebay in Novemeber when it was last for sale on ebay. Its done 160k, I know that doesnt mean anything to a well looked after engine. I was close to booking a flight to go and view/maybe purchase. It was up for 5.5k then. One word of caution, when the ad was up in november he stated it smoked from start up and on boost and that the valve stem seals needed replacing which is not included in this times advert. I found another Supra but like I said was interested and exchanged a few emails but the stem seals issue put me off. Scotty

    Hi

Welcome Mark, Lots of good TT's for sale in the classifieds dependant on your budget.. Super machines. I have not had mine too long and it will blow you away. Lots of good advice from the guys n girls (jonoC) here My advice if looking for a TT would be 1) The Classifieds 2) JM-Imports (contact Jurgen) depending on your budget 3) Pistonheads ........ maybe. Oh and JOIN its only a tenner for the year or thirty for mere mortal life and its the best tenner you will spend, believe me Scotty
  13. 110 is my offer so far but others are welcome to offer more... If there are no more offers by the 22nd I will have these off you if thats ok Supra786. My cards are on the table Scotty;)
  14. Exactly right there Supraudi.. I bought off the classifieds and I would entertain that, or Jurgen and thats about it for me. I wouldnt look anywhere else but thats my personal choice. Scotty
  15. I bought two for freeview for the bedroom while I was waiting for sky to be fitted as the TV aerial was naff. I paid 18 odd quid, was no good and then spent 40 quid, that was just as bad so my experiance of them is they do not do the job. It did tune certain channels but I then had to move it to get others:blink: I am in a bit of a hollow here which does not help either. Scotty
  16. Very nice Scott M,pot ,Willson and nice loft projector tomssupra:d I have a Panasonic projector but it is confined to the loft in its box since I moved three odd years ago. There is no room where we live now for an 8ft x 4 1/2ft screen:( I will resurect it one day if we move, it still has over three quarters of the bulb life left:d Scotty
  17. I will watch it later on, hopefully it will be a good watch Scotty
  18. And Foggy you can borrow my 4 Supra workshop manuals if you want (go on get the spanners out) Scotty
  19. well that knocked the stuffing well out of me Scotty
  20. I will check over the brakes, they had a system flush, motul fluid, Goodridge hoses and rear pads not long before I had it. I dont race about they just dont seem to have any bite to them even slowing from 60mph. I will look at an upgrade soon if any UK's come on the classifieds or save a month for something big:d Scotty
  21. Well after having my BPU TT for the last month I can not commend the car enough. Awesome drive. The only thing is the JSpec brakes... truely shocking to say the least. This will be my first spend on upgrading I think. I too was wondering whether to upgrade the disks/pads or go for the UK set up Scotty
