  1. My car sits around 110 on most roads. My temp sensor is in the plate between the block & the oil filter. Where is your sensor?
  2. The click you describe sounds like the starter sticking or a bad conection to the battery. The idle problem could be the IACV, i would gat her running & drive it a few times on different types of journeys & see how it goes.
  3. The most i've had was 450ish to a tank. That was driving from scotland to ireland & around ireland for a few days. The least i've had is 175 giving it full beans every where i went. Don't even take notice now, just fill it when it's low. What i do know though is the supra is better on juice than the evo hands down.
  4. Just found this, hope it's not a repost. Can't remember how to embed? K3FebQG0IwA
  5. 400 bhp is muck, nissan have around 545bhp in the gtr. Toyota need to buck up, when i seen the concept lexus to rival jag with 500+ bhp i thought that would be a nice supra replacement. So in my eyes a 74 bhp gain in 22 years is poor. http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/motorshows/detroit-motor-show/276562/lexus_lflc_coupe_concept.html
  6. What was this eejit thinking Ivmr0MoGKVs&feature=fvwrel
  7. Well i was driving my old starlet lastnight & the cranshaft pulley let go. Lucky enough i don't think it's done harm but had it been the Supra the rad ect would probably be gone. I've read about it happening to supras on here & still never changed mine, well after that i will be. The starlet never had the squeal i've heard about before, so for the sake of a few pound, need it or not the supra will be getting one. Lets hope my head gasket is ok.
  8. Yeah it's gone patchy so i guess it's the bin for this one. Scott i guess you were a help after all lol. Thanks lads.
  9. I just noticed lastnight that the LED windscreen flasher thingy has went all patchy (only flasing in patchys), i thought this would have been 1 led that just lit the clifford logo but if so how could it go patchy? Anyone else seen this happing or cured it?
  10. I have seen many tyres looking fine on the outside but remove the tyre & more than likely the inside wall is knackerd. Remove the tyre & check it, look to see if the rubber has come away inside. In my experience the inside is always worse.
  11. No one likes losing but P7Jz0HNgoII&feature=related
  12. Yeah don't worry it's just because your battery was low. My clifford will also sound (after approx 5 mins) if you leave the interior light on.

Another bump for the santa tracker
  14. Looking at this & it looks the same machine as our delphi diagnostic which cost €5500 Anyone on here used this as i'm thinking of buying it, just don't know if it's to good to be true. http://cardiag.co/cdp-procompact-diagnostic-partner-pro.html#.TswUXYbzAAs.facebook
  15. The girl in my local Toyota let me look at there computer brochure of this last month & going by her it will be badged celica from what they've been told.

    Hello

Welcome mate, nice motor you bought. Did you change the headlights?
  17. The news out of Japan today is neither catastrophic, depressing, nor simply disinteresting: it's borderline brilliant. According to a new report, Lexus is planning a special LFA Tokyo Edition with more carbon fiber and a new Supra is in the works. First, the new Supra talk. It's not the FT-86 II, and it's not the LFA. The Supra successor/revival is said to be its own project, due for production in 2014, likely as a 2015 model. Beyond the fact that it's rear-wheel-drive and likely to be turbocharged, almost nothing is known. Let the speculation commence. http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1066343_lexus-plans-lfa-tokyo-edition-cans-lfa-roadster-new-supra-coming
  18. It's surrprising to see some cars with lights & wipers still working. You'd think it would short out quick.
  19. Man that would be scary, it all happened sooooo fast. QralDndMCeQ
  20. The link Scott posted might be around the price of new nuts, but you will still have the wrench long after you sell the car with its new nuts.
  21. Never had one & wouldn't be bothered getting one. Never heard of any car troubles from not having one.
  22. What do you think this person is upto http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/cars/2480679
  23. Very nice car Mike, i do hope that lightning rod on the rear was only temporary though
