  1. Has anyone on here converted a dirty old Mk4 Supra to Electric yet or are we all sticking with our 2J... It just seems remarkably popular at the minute in classic car circles and of course generally speaking they will thrash mild Single Turbo setups in the performance aspect aswell as indulging us with a southerners Smug factor when entering ULEZ zones. Discuss...
  2. I just ordered one from him Swampy it's due for delivery in a few weeks so he does still have them made...
  3. Hi guys I have these spare from a few years ago.. Bought New and never used. If you have stock pins and have not upgraded already you really should I have seen/removed many seized pins since 2007 and it really can ruin your day. PRICE: (SOLD) including Insured Royal Mail postage. If you wish to use PayPal YOU MUST cover fees. No Offers no best price muggles.... Regards Matt
  4. Meh it can stay for me I would want atleast 30k which seems to be top tier VVTI Tiptronic money atm. That's not a life altering sum of money so no real benefit to selling as there is nothing interesting for that money to replace it. For me anyway... Not to mention I couldn't be arsed with all the best price bell sprouts these cars attract when selling.
  5. First dibbs to you filthy lot... As of tomorrow they go on the Facebook vultures pages.... Here come all the best price W****** haha
  6. It's a shame I left them unassembled for 3>4 years after I coated them as they wouldn't have little storage marks. Photo of the flaked part around one of the front calliper bleed nipples below.... And a picture of what it should look like. I suppose I could mask around and rattle it but I have too much time in these already. Its a perfect circle that fell off but with it being so many years I can't really take them back and whinge. Not my usual powder coater did these I should have waited....
  7. Hi Guys/Girls As a few of you are aware I have recently finished refurbing a full set of UK spec Callipers these were to be my spares but a change of plans means I wont be needing them. Work carried out: Strip down remove seized parts etc Black Powder Coated Half's Light hone to clean the Cylinders New Pistons New Seals New Half Seals New Bleed Nipples Pressed out the Mounts then pressed back in Again as a few of you are aware I had these powder coated a few years ago and they sat for a few years as such they have a few marks off storage and a piece of paint flaked off by one of the front callipers bleed nipples. They are mechanically as new since I put them together last month but the Powder coat is in my opinion a 8.5/10 so bear this in mind. They do have a set of stickers as pictured but I have not applied them in case the buyer wants a different colour scheme. This sale is for the callipers only and postage. Please bear in mind I am not accepting offers on these units at all.... any messages with no dialogue other than BEST PRICE will be ignored. The CW pins are not included. PRICE: £850 to UK Mainland (Buyer must pay fees if using PAYPAL) Regards Matt
  8. Yep they usually on the shelf around here I used to pick bits up same day from import car parts but they no longer stock Supra Parts.
  9. Haha Its definitely a different community since these prices crept up mind. All the leggy Supra owners want top ££££££ for rusty frankenstein shit...
  10. Also Burna is a little bitch I heard he supports Italy.
  11. My car gets driven very sparingly 100 or so miles a year and never gets a hard time. I just wanted to fit my Facelift markers so I spent a £1000 on an intercooler. 1st world problems.
  12. For £15 a pair from Toyota if you havnt done them it's best to replace. The old hard ones also cause the ends etc to crack on refitting. New ones are more supple and seal off nicely. Its something pitiful like 5>7ftlbs or NMs I can't remember off the top of my head.
  13. Also on another note I bought this full set of UK Spec Brakes that were seized pretty damn badly and have just about finished rebuilding them.. Usual stuff involved: Pins seized Pistons seized Dead boots etc Ive bought a full set of seals including half seals and new pistons then had them powder coated gloss black they got a quick hone for good measure just to clean the bores I have new bleed nipples etc aswell. Just need to clean the bolts and do final assembly and wallah spare set of UKs. Also some decals around here somewhere.
  14. The guy who did that is buried in the concrete foundations of the extension now...
  15. I order all my parts through my local Toyota (Durham) they are great although you always get one parts sales rep that belongs in the bin.
  16. I actually put the car up on stands to remove the front wheel bearings and replace them as they sounded dry on rotation when I jacked it. So all new Toyota bearings/seals/hub caps etc were acquired from my local Toyota Branch aswell as replacing the wheel threads while I had them off. And as is tradition why not powder coat the hubs and dust shields while they are off aswell. Here they are done... Also got some new stands which is exciting times as I got them free with Confused.com insurance.
  17. I also bought a spare TT VVTI Autobox and a spare VVTI Steering wheel from Mark Brown on here again a few years ago I have no Idea where the wheel has gone and the Gearbox is now a trip hazard in the other garage sooooo yes moving on...
  18. Anyway moving on a bought a 2JZGE from Marc Dixon on here and that got dumped there for 2 years I honestly have no idea why I bought it given I dont have an N/A....
  19. Car looks something like this now haha... I got side-tracked extending the house then the garages just got rammed with stuff so I couldn't get in to work on it. She's a dusty old bitch and of course one of my mates decided to draw a penis on the bonnet at some point....
  20. Right then where was I ahhhh yes the car has stood for many years on axle stands in the garage whilst I have been on with many other things... Time to start updating again. Il Update this as and when I get time. Current state of affairs the car is in bits I intended on my usual maintenance one year and well life got in the way. Also this new forum layout is proving a chore to get used to. Sooooooo here we are anyway the car went away looking like this back in 2015/2016 cant remember without checking the last MOT
  21. Sold to MNS (Forum member here)
