    depends on the grade of coating you get, friend of mine had his manifold and downpipe done on his MR2 and wasn't too bad

    i'm confused you have listed TT and NA head gasket? I'd be careful at that power with the w58 i know someone who went through 3 w58's at 365bhp

    HX65 is way too big for 450bhp, HX35 would do fine

    I know people who have had problems at BPU levels and others who have been fine at 450ish, however if i was pushing past that i'd go for a better one.

    a friend of mine has gone through 3 w58 boxes on his NA-T running 365bhp, the R154 can take high levels of power however if you are planning on going upwards of 600bhp i'd recommend installing a uprated thrust bearing

    had this ball ache recently fitting a SSQV for the gf's GT4, spent ages with needle nose pliers and couldn't get the circlip to sit properly so just went and got these and did it within 2mins - http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_530651_langId_-1_categoryId_165469

    I'm not NA-T no, my supra is actually up for sale (sad subject), you can't run a TT intake manifold as they do not line up with the inlet ports or bolt pattern, some have run aftermarket front facing intake manifolds to tidy the engine bay up a little and to allow you to use GTE cam and spark plug covers to make the engine a little prettier, here is an example
