I seen some info on this on supraforums some guy had elec heated and folding mirrors of which one got vandalised, he had a us spec car but apparently only a few J-specs had this function so he had to import a new mirror. I wish i could find the post.

No regreats i bought a bottom end spec N/A auto with approx 46000 miles on it 3 and a bit years ago and its never gave me a serious problem and its done approx 66000 now. a few small niggles that were easily fixed ie water getting into central locking causing it not to work properly and what i thought was a whining diff but turned out to be federal tyres that were making the noise. oh and a leaky shock remedied with a full set of yellow bilsteins from Keron. I noticed a lot of people seem to love their first supra the most even if it was an N/A.....

Ok first of all I do have electric folding mirrors so I am assuming they should heat when i put on the defogger on for the rear window? Im going to have to check the circuit in side the mirror. So how get to this? Do I remove the glass in the mirror? if so how? (without breaking obviously) Thanks for reading.

how bad you gonna feel if this ars****le turns up all happy jumps in their car and drives off none the wiser and you miss your chance at "having a polite word"? maybe you should try your hand at car detailing with an electric polishing mob?? saves scorching your own paintwork.
