  1. Ok so im another one doing the NA-TT convertion que the yawns, at the minute i have my eye on a TT engine for sale its off an Auto car and its a VVTI it comes with a wiring loom and an ECU and its for sale for £1000, the seller doesn't know about the milage and the ad is very vague. So my question(s) is...? Is there a down side to owning a VVTI engine as opposed to older engine? Is this priced well? Also is there any way you can tell an Aristo lump from a Supra one? Many thanks for your patience on my very amateur questions.
  2. Ive been meaning to post this for ages, I see a black Jspec heading north on the M6 between J42 and J44 regularly (must be a daily driver) at about 16:30ish always in the 3rd lane giving it some throttle. Blonde female driver. Im always heading south in a TNT Express artic lorry.
  3. If your willing to pay top £££ as you say. why not just buy them from Toyota i think they are £48 each. Plenty of UK toyota dealers will post them if you pay up front.
  4. Im trying to make sense of the toyota diy site http://www.toyodiy.com/ are these the correct part numbers for No1 HT lead and the igniter lead? (red ended one) for my N/A thanks folks No code has to be inserted here.
  5. Not much more i can say really its all in the title. thanks
  6. As per title im looking for HT leads for an N/A which must be in near new condition ie writing/print still on them, I only really need No1 lead and the igniter lead (red ended one). Id buy these new from toyota but i think they only sell as a set and they aint cheap So if you have a set cheap or ideally No1 lead please pm me many thanks

  10. If these are non folding i take it they are heated? I ask because of the electric connectors.
  11. I bought one off another member recently and was happy with the way it looked but the reception was a bit naff.
  12. be careful of some of the dash cleaners, over time they build up a film that gets very shiney so in sunny weather you get dazzled by your own dashboard. Looks naff also.
  13. hi and welcome Lauren, great looking car you have there

  15. We just got the Hoover OPH714DF off tesco direct last month it came recommended 7kg wash load and a 1400rpm spin but most of all its easy to use and at £300 it wont break the bank, oh and a 5 year guarantee parts and labour. http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.208-2551.aspx they deliver it to.
  16. I know Supra's need staggered alloys but is there a rule of how wider the rears can be to the fronts? what i mean is can the fronts be 8" and the rears be 10" wide? or is that too much? Personally id have thought rears can be 1.5" wider max but thought id better ask first. Thanks.
  17. id love this! absolutely indestructable battle tanks these things and yours is the best shape to IMO and its a VX which is top spec. Best of luck.
