It seems to pull too hard for stock turbos but without a strip down we will never know.

If you want the heat shields to stay looking good it will HAVE to be camcoat, as said powdercoat will be fine for the other parts

Im pretty sure its a stock shifter I would have thought that the power reading would make it popular, prob easier to get a decent bumper and a carpet shampoo than get a BPU'd car thats a bit low up to 430hp !! Ill help him put the dash in and advertise it for him on here

Ive given him another dash so the F&F rev counter can be taken out, i have another dash panel for him, veilside is marmite im afraid, gear lever is stock so dont know whats the matter with that, I would not have thought a pillar pod with HKS guages devalues it at all........................not from the amount I have sold, I think he wants around 5K for it and seeing the power it makes I cant see that being OTT

You are aware that you can buy every part to repair a gearbox?? also your going to be looking at paying more than from Titan (who only do V160's BTW) Im pretty sure I could negotiate a better deal especially if there were more than 1 , shipping is not that much and duty is paid on the valuation placed on the package. Also Im pretty sure 99.9% of members looking at this are viewing with a mind to doing a 6 speed conversion!!!

Ive always rolled them, try a guy called Arch Enemy !!! If a dedicated arch rolling machine is used and the panel wrmed up you can get em almost flat on themselves with no damage.

Ive run a stock auto box with Hi stall at over 650 and absolutely caned the car with no problems, the weak point is the 2nd gear sprag this will ALWAYS let go unless changed so any box without this is only a little stronger than stock, the BL boxes when stripped have virtually nothing done to them but do seem to be 'blueprinted' and have different clutches fitted, TBH the Titan box is little different but then again its not hard to make a box that stock will take 650 hp if its cooled take a bit more as the stock box is engineered to do 100,000 miles plus and we prob wont put 10,000 miles on a box and only a small % of those in very high power state. I do know what the box Lee used at SRD has done to it and that WILL take much much more abuse than ANY of the US boxes, the trans builder is used to building very very hi spec boxes for drag cars. But if you wanted the ultimate in quickshifting and unbreakable you would need to go TH400 with gear vendors overdrive or a GM4L80E which can be modified to reliably take way over 1000 ft lbs of torque.

If you dont put the harness in correctly it will not work and could possibly injure you !!!!

There was an interesting 'discussion' re the safety of harness's in cars but not re cage/no cage, simply Hans device and no Hans device, I havent read it but the Vascular Surgeon arguing that harness's were dangerous without a Hans had to admit defeat as it appears the harness actually has more 'give' than OEM belts. http://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=378607 The discussion was on 6speedonline.

Stock one does!!!!! and PW removed his at one Suprapod because it acted like an airbrake he picked up terminal speed without it but also masses of wheelspin...............therfore it worked !!!!
