started it when i got home today it is only untill its warm that it smokes alot so that must be quite normal but it is just the smell, just wondered if it was because it is running rich or something else?? checked the oil and it has no water in it and it holds good temperature.

no it hasn't misfired it seems to be running fine, it did go to cut out when i filled it up with petrol the other day but didn't, that is the only thing it has done?

it is white but just so much of it, and like i say the smell is of fuel, i have had a couple of classic cars before that smell the same just not as strong.

hi, when i start my n/a it revs very high for a while found this on the search as normal, however it is really smoky and really smells strongly of petrol. do all n/a's do this??

take of the air filter first they are rubbish i put one on my n/a and it made it slower, put a standard airbox on. looks a nice car though.

i am, i love it. it just had new nappa leather seats put in when i brought it, a £600 clifford and a momo steering wheel so don't think it was badly priced:d

i just paid £4000 for a l reg n/a aerotop a couple of weeks ago. thought that was a good price??????? maybe not:(

i have just brought a n/a and i love it, it is far from slow. i hate impreza's so common and the interior is basic. my wife is starting to get the hump with me as i can't stop myself going in the garage just to look at it and sit in it when i can't go for a drive. if your near ipswich i will take you out in mine to see what you think.

my mechanic changed the bulb with the headlight in place, there was no room to move and couldn't see to attach wires to bulb, took him half an hour to do. def take headlight out next time

mine is on the same stalk as the headlights, i turn the outer switch for side and dipped lights, then the inner switch for the front fogs.

they are front fog lights i have them on my j spec, just changed a bulb actually hell of a job

really nice job blackie, looks as good as if a pro had done it. i would love to do it in my boot, but cant decide as im an aerotopian (could leave it at home but sods law says thats a bad idea!

do seem to be one of the most popular, ive got one yoko and a bf goodrich on at the mo and it handles crap. car came like that so first thing is a new set, the fronts are only a budget as well so there are going.
