  1. I would try allfix in claydon mate, speak to jo if she hasn't got anything she will most likely be able to get them
  2. Thought it was me, but then noticed AM. I passed there about 5.30 pm.
  3. They are going to be as cool as headlight covers on a supra bud, not at all.
  4. If you want them automated I can do you a very good deal on gate rams.
  5. Ok thanks for the replies looks like the devliss wins then.
  6. From what I can make out on the internet it would seem a gravity fed gun would be best as a beginner, also one that works on low pressure as the bigger ones need big compressors. Hopefully someone can confirm this for me.
  7. I have been spraying models with rattle cans now for years and think im quite good at it. I got a 50 litre compressor today as I want to try spraying my motorbike, I need to know what would be a good gun and also best paint for me to use.
  8. Had real trouble finding a baby seat but got once in the end, but as yet can't find a booster seat to fit the rear or front seats properly.
  9. Good choice, I like it and think you did the right thing swapping the supra for it. As for mods I think you need to stick like the previous owner has to subtle ones, maybe some bananas on the roof would just finish it off.
  10. Excellent, the auto is great and like you say fuel consumption isn't that bad considering. I look forward to seeing your car round ipswich?
  11. I want to fit a day time led running light to my motorbike, question is- if I remove the wiring from the rubbish standard side light bulb and connect it to the daytime light will that work? that way I wouldn't need to know how to get power to it, and it would come on with the side light switch.
  12. if abz buys mine then I will buy yours, sounds great.
  13. I will pm you my paypal, it's a million pounds, but can't tell you what, you'll have to wait till it arrives.
  14. If you look at the batman and fifi helmets them that's the sort of blue/black pearl colours mine will mainly be.
  15. Darren doesn't do hamiltons lids that's jlf. He does do other racing drivers though. He has a website and if you search for darren horton design you can see some of the work he does.
  16. I knew I wanted it done when I brought my yellow ride before you buy arai rx7gp. As donnie darko is my favourite film it made sense, plus it will be nice knowing it's probably the only one in the world based on that film, I have searched the tinternet trying to find another.
  17. He is charging me £345, which compared to some quotes I have had is exceptional. Jlf design quoted me £1050 for the same job, he paints lewis hamiltons helmets. Darren has a really good reputation and has done some very high profile work like james bond films, executive jets, major car manufacturers etc Not sure what the msa certified means?
  18. Got about 4 weeks to wait for it, I have asked him for a very detailed helmet based on the film donnie darko. Some of the ideas and colours we have spoken about are going to be incredible. Really can't wait to see it Im sure anyone who knows about airbrushing will know who darren is. Watch this space for the pictures
  19. Jager bombs always seem like a good idea on a night out, yet the day after I always swear never again.
  20. Thanks for the link, that will be a great help. I guessed they had gone out of businesses, same as frost motorsport
  21. Trying to contact frost motorsport with no joy, also, engine advantages of witham's phone number is unavailable. Got hold of a company called R and M auto electrics in colchester, the chap there wasn't especially helpful as he has done this in the past with no thanks and no proof of the money going to charity so thanks to the Peugeot club for that! He is willing to do a discount and open on a sunday, 2 x power runs for £15 and would want at least 10 cars, We would need to charge 25-30 so the other half went to Macmillan. Im going to branch out my search to Norwich and Cambrigeshire to see if I get a better response. Will keep you posted Col.
  22. Hi Col, Been away for a few days so only just seen your Pm and this thread. Sounds like a great idea and I believe there is a dyno not to far from Ipswich. I will find out who they are and whwre they are and come straight back to you. Martyn.
