  1. There are only 2 things that are Veilside related that shouldn't be killed with fire. The main one (very nearly the only one) are the Andrew wheels:- http://wheelplaza.net/QuickShop/files/586_1_367.jpg The other is the Fortune RX-7. http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/9448/2018600419b654e07a5cv0.jpg However, that is only allowed to be saved from fire sometimes. Depends what mood I'm in. Other than that, bye bye. Shame, don't get me wrong, but it will have no effect on me whatsoever
  2. You have failed the practice citizenship test. Questions answered correctly: 12 out of 24 (50%) Time taken: 03 minutes 36 seconds
  3. Prices for a black boot carpet, facelift rear lights and the rubber strip between the bonnet and front bumper?
  4. Lucky! You'd have been HAMMERED for that up here.
  5. One of my (many) bands - Element 106 - recorded 3 tracks today at Seagate Studio down in Dundee. These tracks - Dreaming This World, Li(fe)ar & Impakt! - can now be heard on our Myspace page at http://www.myspace.com/e106 Comments/criticisms welcomed. Thanks.
  6. We have Dingbro up here, do you have one local? They're the sorta place that would have those items!
  7. 8. Argh wrong time or I'd have taken them!
  9. Last little bit of welding done to the new crossmember just to smooth everything off where it meets the inner wing:- Grinding back the excess to make it a bit more flush before getting the Zinc primer on to seal it before painting (just picked up a couple of white 040 spray cans from Halfords):- Refitted the intercooler and it's pipework, covered the inner wings with the old outer wings (Ridox +30mm ones are en route) and covered the front end over with the old bumper (Ridox one en route) and put the blootered bonnet back over the tarpaulin cover just to keep it in place whilst it covers the engine:- Just for the bits to arrive and get painted and then we're almost good to go again! Still have to put the rest of the dash back in first All in all, pretty pleased though
  10. I removed mine and it made my Blitz BOV sound AWESOME from in the car
  11. That's fine then, just checking it wasn't a compound problem!
  12. Are you getting water/coolant in the passenger side footwell?
  13. They look excellent! Cracking choice
  14. If you've only been using the car for short journeys, don't be totally alarmed if you see a "mayo" forming on the inside of your oil cap, I thought it was my HG when I saw that, but it's something that just happens if the car hasn't really had it's legs stretched in a while.
  15. I wish I did post when I looked at this thread earlier as I was going to ask if it was an NSX engine given that it's starting from 6k and going as far as 9k with the torque staying put like that!
  16. Good progress Jay! Not got those wings yet but shall be in touch as soon as I do to get you the weights
  17. Duh that's right, it's for the air con. What a thicket!
  18. Ok awesome! That's fine! Now to find where I put that other horn then
  19. Was changing over my front crossmember and had the FMIC, radiator, air con rad, airbox, lights etc. all out of the way and found this clip/sensor. Now, I already removed the higher up of the two horns to be able to fit a rad cooling plate. The wire from it goes to a little loom section that splits to the other horn which you can see below. Now, being really thick most likely, that is just for the other horn right? Got a bit confused as I couldn't remember! All it says on it is Denso 077500-4031. The only other things I thought of was something to do with the air con or an air temp sensor maybe? I don't know! Just checking! Thanks!
  20. In the meantime, I'd advise either not using the car at all or bypassing the heater matrix to prevent continual overheating.
  21. Leaving it a wee while yet before putting it back on the road, wanting to get all the exterior aesthetics finished
  22. I love the facelifts on yours! If you didn't have all the carbon accents I'd have said stick with the glass, but the colour of the inserts on the facelifts match up nice with carbon so it looks better (IMO).
