ordered the upper bumper support bar today from toyota but the price the guy quoted was £84.97 any chance the price could have gone through the roof? i asked for 'REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY, FRONT BUMPER, UPPER' my exact words, hope hes ordered the right one, pick it up after wednesday wont be too happy if its not right:d want supe on road for chrimbo with or without new bonnet just need light and this bar, the bonnet is phooked but all straight minus the big dint:(

the bumper support bar is the ally one, yeah? for £25 or is it the one in the pic i have circled? its tuch and go at the minute wether the slam pannel will be bent back in to place or replaced its only very slightly bent will have better idea and more (smaller) pics on sunday:D

i dunno been having a good old think over it and i am stumped with that collection of parts i would have put money on not enough power but i think thats covered, maybe worth checking tho;) out of interest do you know the fps of other games you could install and test just to see the difference, your benchmark score backs up the fact you have a more powerfull computer not just on paper, try checking your core usage likes been said if every thing checks out right it could be probs between crysis and the intel processor and the cure could be a patch lucky fker:D just thought i presume the graphics cards are PCI-e your first card slot will have 16 lanes but whats the second slot have on both old and new mobo's?

you have gone from AMD to INTEL, almost deffinatly had to change the motherbard and probably upgraded the ram at the same time think the FX62 runs only DDR and the intel will run DDR2 (at a guess not familiar with the intel chip) cant tell witch you have without full specs but i would presume your gaming problems start there its basicaly a totaly differnt machine whats the other specs of the computer powersuply, graphics, ram type and speed, and il try to help more:D

nah lol i wasnt too clear (dont think the pic helped) my alu bar is spot on not even a scratch, like you say the impact was at light hight so its the bar that the top side of the bumper where it screw/clips(what ever they was) and the bonnet meets the front that is bent i am trying to find out what its called the lines in the pick are from what madmunky put, on its the bars above and that seem to go round the light i am interested in can i get new they seem to un bolt?

hi every one:) i have been doing loads of research, in advance of fixing the supe but there are a few questions i cant find answers too, 1)i think for now the front will go again, not spraying it but will be replacing it with either, top secret , do luck (no.2?) and i think there was one more but that style, i have read on this thread (and others)clickythat the crash bar needs to be removed on some, now from experiance i found it usefull:d and wanna keep it, so will the top secret front end deffinatly fit over it? (and any other that you have tried so i can eye them up:p) 2) i will buy a new front bumper support bar because i think it will be easyer to judge if all is straight when refitting everything, i have seen on lots of post they are 24quid but what do i actualy get see pic, (thanks to madmunky:)) and part numbers welcome:)

speaking in terms of positive displacement supercharges its best to have the turbo's feeding the super charger , dont have any experiance with the belt driven turbo type, lol dont even know there proper name:d i have subscribed to this thread btw would like to follow your progress:eyebrows: just like to point out this isnt down to my own testing, about 12 members of my mini club have superchared a turbomini and i think 9 have tryed both ways back to back on the rollers, with maybe 100+ years of experience combined i will just agree:) also look at cars such as the Lancia Delta first that springs to mind (as i see 2 kicking aroud regularly )

been looking over ebay and this is the type/style front i want if not stock but i am abit cautious about buying fibreglass bits and bobs from ebay Click here anyone had experiance with these:d also i read earlyer that some front kits need the 'crash bar' removing is this one of them? cos i wanna keep it:d

thanks for the support and enthusiasm (sp?) guys and girls, i dont feel so bad about it now, this isnt my only car but is my every day car:( neither can be driven tho:p my dads just been round(experiance in accident damaged cars) recons could get away with bonnet and lights the wing could either be bashed out for now and replaced later or beaten by a pannel beater and the front bumper is just t-cutable(ish:d lol dads) but i was eying up a front end (cant remember the name) and would like a vented bonnet but, i will be staying with a stock steel because i fell thats the reason me and the car is still here,the supe's not realy badly damaged just the creases on the underside make me i am very impressed by its strength and i am not going to get a f/g or c/f bonnet 'just for looks' i have a local scrappy where i can get a bonnet and lights from but they seem not to want my bussiness:blink: so i am on the lookout for a bonnet and lights, hint, hint:eyebrows: and leads on a driverside wing would be good i am looking out for an aftermarket front end aswell but a specific one coolsblue you have pm(soon ) + keron
