  1. the perfect choice of bodykit and a very nice looking supra;)
  2. lol jezz, so the supra's cats dont have platinum in? or just the first cat
  3. i tryed to get it to do that but... cheers Nic
  4. i also used that method when i bough a saxo of my step mum, the bloody insurers let me bring it home but when i tryed to add it to my policy (due to an obsession blowing the mini up on the strip) they wouldnt let me so its sat for 3 months then i flogged it horrible thing to drive anyway
  5. i have found this on my travels hope you like it:d it moves btw;) http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/9770/vtgsequenzus3.th.gif
  6. phone your insurers and ask if they cover you to move the car to its new resting spot in say a weeks time but say you also need a cover note because you are careful driver, take that and get it taxed, done it on the mini i few times:D also took an mot certificate (old type) that was well out of date iirc like 2 years and they still taxed it, all though i will say that was a genuine mistake:rolleyes:
  7. ok mate ill have it:innocent: you have twisted my arm lol:cool:, is paypal ok?
  8. im interested pal you keep dropping the price and tempting me lol:D do you have any details on its working, does it work by ratio's or does it hold the boost signal when it reaches a set point? any info on how to fit? cheers
  9. i have an under bonnet heat cover that i got when i bought another bonnet for the supe, its in a generaly good condition but the clip that holds it above the dumpvalve has pulled through and a triangle has worn on the underside but not worn through it has not been folded since coming off the car. i have most of the clips for it too any body need or want it before its binned? is located in the DN5 postcode area of Doncaster:)
  10. are thay painted stock cam pullys? I was considdering painting mine as a part of the enginebay tidy up but put it off because i thought the paint may off set the balance or peel and paint bits getting on cambelt and the like, have you had any problems Dann? cheers -my contribution to the thread, there is an arc intake system on ebay atm about £100 i think it was at Clicky
  11. yes it is a narrow band, and its all fitted i pulled the sensor signal from the ecu loom, i dont intend on tuning the car with it, just some cool lights too look at;) i did successfull tune the mini on narrow band, i got the needle profile almost spot on through a trial and error method, then took it to a rolling road to have it tweeked under load SU carbs are so simple when you understand the basics, ecu's are not simple for me:(

cheers for this, just downloaded, will give it a quick test later, cant see it being too accurate tho i know what the N95 gps is like:rolleyes:
  13. i have an Afr gauge i bought for tuning the mini but never made it onto that, I'm going to fit it to the supra, am i OK to take the signal from the diagnostic port wiring or is it best to take it from the sensor loom (by the turbo's), will do step by step pics aswell if i remember, cheers, brett
  14. it would be a good idea, but very hard due to needing all the cars in the same place, but this is what i think will happen: America v UK v Australia v japan japan's supra is that technically advanced it wont start because thy dont like the smell of the air, the American supra will blow the gearbox while showing off its 1800BHP the Australians will have a barbecue and forget its time to start racing;) and us UK lot will win on default, witch is a good thing because we are that tight we only 'put a tenner' in the tank:D and we need picies of your supra:D i dont mean to offend anyone if i do
  15. as the title really anyone tried? looking for some temporary ones but there all 150+ miles away and wont post:( cheers, Brett
  16. i dont supose you drive around the A164 up to beverly from M62 do you? seen a widebody supra in silver and gray primer with no spoiler looks very very nice and shifts too:d
  17. yeah i backed off as soon as i saw it but slowly creeped up, i think the light out was passenger side front, was looking through the mirror so possibly drivers lol good luck with selling the mr2 mate, nice to have a bit of company:d
